Can anyone clarify whether revenue from availability blocks is reflected in Mews Manager Analytics, particularly in cases where none of the blocked availability has been picked up? I had understood that it wouldn’t be included until converted into actual bookings, but I’ve noticed no revenue increase even after the block was released and the spaces were booked.

Hello community, does anyone have experience sharing the check-in URL? We need to send through a MEWS partner and also manually the URL that MEWS generates for each guest to iniciate the online check-in process.Also, I take this opportunity to ask if this is feasible, maybe MEWS has not developed this possibility yet or prohibits it for some reason. Any information on this topic, will be appreciated. Regards, Nicolas.

Hello Community,Are you also experiencing issues with Mews not being able to send products with the charging type set to “once” in your channel manager connection?We sometimes offer packages that include products meant to be charged only once, but we’re unable to transmit these through the CHM connection.Additionally, since our CRS only allows us to send full ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) - and not partial data - we can’t let partners set prices on their side while we only send availability and inventory.This limitation is significantly restricting our ability to participate in certain campaigns. Has anyone else encountered the same challenge and found a feasible solution or workaround within Mews? Thanks in advance!

Hello!I´m encountering the following problem. Most of our rates are linked to our Rack rate, hence it is the one I adjust based on occupancy. For this I usually use the occupancy chart which is directly available within the rate, for convinience purposes and to avoid having to switch between several windows.However, we do also work quite a lot with availability blocks for our group requests, also using the “optional/tentative” option for these groups. Hence, it does happen that certain room categories have a very low availability, because optional groups take over the capacity, however the occupancy shown in the rate window is still low because the group is optional and not definite. Would it be possible to include a tab in the rate window, that you can decide whether or not it shows the occupancy including optional bookings? Hi everybody,I might need your help again with rate management — maybe there's a workaround I’m not aware of.🛏️ For example:We usually charge an additional €100 per night for a suite.In high season, this increases to €200 per night.📅 Current issue:Right now, I have to update this manually every day, because: The €100 is set as an add-on linked to the room category, while The €200 needs to be manually adjusted in the daily rate during the high season. 🤔 My question:Is there a way to apply the €200 add-on only for a specific time frame,without affecting the original €100 setup for other dates?Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance 🙏

I would like to adjust the email templates. Only when I look at the help article does it seem that adjusting the templates has had an update. I can only adjust the templates by changing the text; adjusting a layout does not work.Does anyone have any idea how I can also use the new feature?

Hello, We use MEWS Kiosk check-in and I would like to offer lunch as an add on service to our guests during check-in process but it’s only available Monday - Friday. How do I do this in MEWS? I dont know where to start. Can someone please help? Much appreciated. RegardsRazi

Hi everyone,I'm trying to find a simple and effective way to digitally collect guest signatures for registration cards using a tablet or phone, without having to print and scan the documents.Currently, Mews sends the online check-in, and while many guests complete it, not all do. So when they arrive at reception, we scan their ID using the Mews scanner, which works great — but we quickly hit a wall:➡️ There’s no way to collect a digital signature.➡️ The only option is to print the registration card and scan it again with the signature.Honestly, I’m surprised that Mews hasn’t built a simple solution for this yet.And for those about to say "Mews Kiosk" — I get it, but not all hotels can afford the upgrade to that level. What would be great is something similar to the ID scanner tool, which opens the camera — but in this case, a feature that activates a signature pad on a tablet or the Mews terminal, where the guest can sign with their finger.

Hello all! We are facing a problem with our packages on our own website.As I have understood, it is not possible to connect a “book now button” with 1 specific rate. Before we had this option as this is more easy for our guest to book directly, however the Mews Booking Engine does not allow us to do so. The guests have to set the dates twice and even after clicking our package, the guest still has no access to the direct overview of the specific package, but an overview of all rates including the rates which are not packages. Do you experience the same issue? And how did you solve this in order to make it more easy and faster for the guest to book a Package on your own website with the Mews Booking Engine? We look forward to hearing from you practices. Have a nice day! Kind regards, Xiaohui Hu
