Hallo zusammen, ich habe heute zufällig gesehen, dass alle meine Produkte, die eigentlich nicht buchbar sein dürften, in der booking engine sichtbar und buchbar sind. Die Option "für den Gast buchbar" in den Produktoptionen ist seit nem Update nicht mehr vorhanden.Hat noch jemand dieses Problem? Ich möchte eine Datev-Export-Datei erstellen (csv), die ich unserem Steuerberater übergeben kann.Aus HS/3 war dies kein Problem. Kann mir hierbei jemand weiterhelfen?

Bonjour à Tous,  A l’aide du rapport de versements, je met dans un compte les commissions Mews journalièrement.  Malheureusement ca ne correspond jamais à ma facture PAYCOM….. comment est ce possible ? et surtout comment arriver à lettrer ces commissions ?  Existe t il d’autres rapports qui peuvent nous aider ?  Merci d’avance de votre retour

Da wir nun auf die Mutterrate ohne Frühstück umstellen wollen (damit der Managerbericht mit dem Buchhaltungsbericht übereinstimmt), würde ich gern eure Erfahrungen wissen. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Newsletter Modul welches nicht so teuer ist und ich mit MEWS gut bespielen kann. Hat jemand Erfahrung mit “Mailchimp” ? Ist die Verbindung über omniboost kostenpflichtig ? Oder andere Alternativen ?!

Haben noch andere das Problem ?Wir versuchen zB gerade seit 5 Minuten zu erfahren, welche Kategorie zu welchem Preis an einem Wochenende im Juni buchbar ist. Da dreht Mews nur ein Rad und dann kommt eine Fehlermeldung Das passiert so unglaublich oft. Vor allem wenn viele Gäste zum Check out da stehen ist das sehr peinlich!!

Moin zusammen,ich brauche mal technischen Rat zum Thema Passkey. Da habe ich so gar keine Erfahrung. Die Hilfe-Artikel verstehe ich entweder nicht, oder sie sind in dem Fall keine Hilfe.Der erste Versuch vom Account auf dem PC einen Smartphone-Passkey einzurichten hat nicht funktioniert, da kommt bei Auswahl “Smartphone” immer nur die USB-Sicherheitsschlüssel Variante. Rat vom Chat-Support, es direkt auf dem Smartphone zu machen. Das hat soweit auch funktioniert - auf dem Smartphone.Nur, wie nutze ich das jetzt auf den min. 5 verschiedenen Rechnern, an denen ich regelmäßig arbeite? Da finde ich so gar keine Info zu. Wer kann mir helfen?Achso, es ist nicht möglich, auf den 5 PC immer dasselbe Windows-Konto zu nutzen, weil dort alle MAinnen wechselweise mit arbeiten. Wie das so ist am FO… Deswegen die Variante mit dem Smartphone, das kann ich überall hin mitnehmen, nur wie sage ich dem PC, dass ich den Passkey vom Smartphone nutzen möchte?Vielen Dank schon mal für Eure Unterstützung. Hello,I’m currently working on improving the booking experience on our hotel website, which is connected to Mews.Today, we use the standard Mews Booking Engine via a custom front-end form (check-in / check-out + promo code), which redirects users to Mews for the final booking.We would like to enhance this experience by adding a custom calendar on our website that displays daily prices and availability directly within the date picker, before redirecting users to the Mews Booking Engine.To clarify, our goal is:not to modify availability or pricing in Mews, but only to retrieve availability and pricing data (read-only), and display it in a custom calendar interface on our website, while still using the Mews Booking Engine for the final booking flow.From the documentation, it seems that the Booking Engine API could be the right approach, but I would like to confirm a few points:Is the Booking Engine API the correct API to use for retrieving daily availability and pricing for this type of u

Guten Abend,wir nutzen seit Kurzem das Mews POS und der Drucker in der Küche treibt uns in den Wahnsinn. Erst wurden die Bons ausgedruckt, dann wieder nicht mehr, dann doch wieder. Wir haben sogar einen neuen Drucker gekauft und installiert -  selbes Problem. Wir haben alle Tablets und Handgeräte im selben Netzwerk, wir haben die anderen Netzwerke auf den Geräten deaktiviert. Als Notlösung haben wir ein KDS in der Küche in Betrieb genommen, das einwandfrei funktioniert, aber der Service wünscht sich weiterhin einen Drucker. Der 10 Jahre alte Drucker an der Theke druckt einwandfrei, ohne Probleme. Ich bin wirklich mit meinem Latein am Ende. Ich freue mich, wenn jemand einen konstruktiven Vorschlag hat.GrüßeNadine
