Bonjour, Il arrive souvent que nous devons changer le nom d’une réservation sans l’annuler. Par contre, l’ancien nom reste visible dans le nom du groupe et en haut à gauche de la réservation. Cela crée de la confusion. Est-ce qu’on peut faire quelque chose?

Hey guys,We’ve now managed to start paid reservations on the day of arrival just by completing the online check-in. I really like the check-in process and its smooth integration with the data. However, with OTA guests it’s such a bottleneck because a verification email is sent, and Booking.com’s email service sometimes takes up to 20 minutes to deliver it.How can this be handled better? Is it possible to switch to SMS verification?Has anyone else experienced these issues and found a good solution?Best regards,Hendrik

Hallo zusammen,wir haben seit kurzem City Ledger aktiviert und da man das dafür ja muss → Rechnungsverfolgung aktiviert. In MEWS auf Ops Seite sind wir sehr zufrieden damit, jedoch stimmt unser Datev Export jetzt nicht mehr und es kommt hier zu “Doppelbuchungen”.Das Team City Ledger bei MEWS was uns eigentlich angeboten hatte uns hier zu begleiten reagiert nun nicht auf unser Problem.Hat jemand von Euch Erfahrungen und kann uns helfen?Vielen Dank.Liebe GrüßeSabrinaEmiLu

Servus, wir haben die VCC von booking.com aufgrund der sehr hohen Gebühren in eine Banküberweisung/Auszahlung von Seiten booking.com geändert. Wie behandelt Ihr die Rechnungen ? Sollte die bei Abreise (externe Zahlungsart Überweisung) geschlossen werden oder eher bei Zahlungseingang mit (externe Zahlungsart Überweisung) ? 

Looking to see if anyone has any first hand experience with using Remotelock and MEWS. Right now, we are using TTlock devices, which do not directly connect, but Remotelock is the bridge between them all.I am mostly curious about first hand experience and also ways in which you send codes to guests and how that works in with MEWS.

Hello everyoneHas Mews resolved the room capacity issue to distinguish between adults/children an infants? When we did our system set up, we understood that we couldnt set up an age matrix relative to our guest count. Ie if we wish to have a villa with a max capacity of 4 adults but would allow up to 2 children/infants, we can’t do this in Mews as this would = 6 guests and mean 6 adults could book.Obviously accommodation providers often has bedding for smaller people like children and infants, so how can i set this up in the system?

We have updated the logic that automatically closes bills at check out to more intelligently select the bills that should be closed and decrease the time you spend manually closing bills.Mews enables the automatic closure of bills when a guest checks out. Properties can enable this as part of their Stay Service so that it happens automatically. Peppol facturen zijn heel onoverzichtelijk voor onze gasten.  De pdf factuur wordt hieraan niet gekoppeld.Enkel een document in computertaal (UBL) wordt doorgestuurd naar onze klanten, met heel veel vragen tot gevolg uiteraard.Momenteel sturen we de facturen ook nog door via Mews en niet enkel via het Peppol kanaal.

Guten Tag zusammen, momentan werden unsere POS Umsätze (Gastronovi) in MEWS komplett detailliert übertrage. Der Gast verzehrt ein Schnitzel und 1 Wein und das wird dann auch so an MEWS auf die Gastrechnung gesetzt. Wir möchten dies nur in Restaurant Speisen und Restaurant Getränke ausweisen. Hey everyone! Question for those working with breakfast rate setups on OTAs. We currently use SiteMinder and MEWS direct connect (varies by property) with Booking.com and Expedia, and we offer breakfast-inclusive rates.The challenge we keep running into is that when we change breakfast pricing, we basically have to reload the rates from scratch. Simply updating the product price in MEWS is not an option, since any modifications to previously reservations would overwrite historical pricing and mess up the original breakdown as soon as our guests start the online checkin process. MEWS at the moment doesn't offer the option to block the product posting on previously made reservations which still need to arrive. I’m curious how others have structured their setup? Is there a smarter or more flexible way to set up breakfast rates so breakfast price changes can be applied quickly, ideally within minutes instead of rebuilding everything?Would really appreciate hearing how others handle this! 

Hello AllI need to prepare my lodging tax return.  This is due every quarter. We are new to MEWS and have been on it for three months. I need the following information (Keyword here is STAYED in):How many room nights stayed in by the guests at the hotel How many of those nights came from OTAs How many reservations were were 7-30 nights stayed in How many reservations were 30+ night stayed in How much revenue from nightly stay within a given period How much revenue from 7-30 nightly stay for a given period How much Revenue from 30+ nightly stay in a given period I have been trying to figure this out from the reservation report, but this is not helping since it pulls data from when the reservation was created, or overlapping etc. It need data for nights that were consumed (for lack of better word) or STAYED in (regardless of when the reservation was created or modified or updated). Taxes are collected when the night is stayed in. Any guidance you can provide would be much appreciated.

Hallo Community,wir haben eine (abhängige) Werbeaktionsrate erstellt und möchten diese nun mit korrektem Streichpreis auf der WBE anzeigen lassen. Die Werbeaktionsrate ist Ratengruppe A (Non-Ref) zugeordnet. Die Basisrate dafür ist Ratengruppe B (Flex) zugeordnet und soll als Streichpreis angezeigt werden. Als Streichpreis bedient Mews sich jedoch scheinbar nur aus der selben Ratengruppe. Ich habe bereits versucht eine Dummy-Rate (Kopie der Basisrate) in Ratengruppe A als Fundament für den Streichpreis zu hinterlegen. Diese muss jedoch aktiviert sein, um als Streichpreis angezeigt zu werden. Wenn nun ein Gast ohne Promocode für die Werbeaktionsrate bucht, kann er die Dummy-Rate sehen.
