Hallo Zusammen! Wir arbeiten ganz neu mit Mews.Bisher sind wir im Housekeeping gewohnt, dass es eine deutliche Untergliederung in Anreise, Abreise und Im Haus gibt. Das war sehr verständlich für alle Alters- und Herkunftsgruppen.Zudem konnte man sehen, ob ein Wäschewechsel geplant ist. Wer vermisst noch eine solche Liste?Im Housekeeping auf Digital umzustellen ist für uns, aus mehreren Gründen keine Option.  Bei Mews kann mir hier keiner weiterhelfen, es sei denn, ich finde noch ein paar Nutzer, die sich eine solche Liste wünschen. 

Liebe Community, wir beschäftigen uns aktuell mit MEWS Events und überlegen das Tool künftig einzusetzen.Mich würde sehr interessieren, wie eure Erfahrungen damit aktuell aussehen:Gibt es noch immer Themen oder Probleme im täglichen Arbeiten? Falls ja, in welchen Bereichen (z. B. Function Sheets, finanzielle Abwicklung, Packages etc.)? Oder habt ihr inzwischen gute Workarounds bzw. Hallo zusammen, ich habe mal wieder eine Frage in die Runde.Hat jemand Erfahrung mit dem „Elternzimmer“? Wie funktioniert das? Was genau ist da eigentlich drin? Auf Mews.com wird das so schlecht erklärt (oder bin ich wirklich zu blöd?). Lohnt es sich, das zu implementieren? Wo kann man das konfigurieren?Ich traue mich irgendwie nicht, das in der Live-Version auszuprobieren. Ich habe bei Mews nachgefragt, ob ich eine Demo bekommen kann, aber die sind ein bisschen geizig, wenn es um Demos geht – keine Ahnung, warum. Bei Fidelio wurde mir immer eine Demo bzw. ein Trainingsprogramm zur Verfügung gestellt, aber bei Mews ist das irgendwie schwerer zu bekommen.

Actualmente, hemos observado que las ventas se traspasan desglosadas por cada día de consumo. Por ejemplo, si una reserva abarca cinco días, se generan cinco líneas contables con la cuenta de venta correspondiente.Este formato nos está generando dificultades a la hora de conciliar los ingresos con los movimientos bancarios, ya que no coincide fácilmente con los importes totales cobrados.¿Existe alguna manera de simplificar este proceso para que la información contable se agrupe de forma más manejable o resumida? Dear Mews Events users!  We have started using Mews Events in June this year. And sometimes we struggle with functionality (which we put in the ‘Ideas’ section). But we also struggle a bit with using daily delegate packages, procesflow and the financial part of Mews Events. Wir nutzten schon seit März MEWS Events - ich würde gerne wissen, wie eure Erfahrungen sind. Wir haben noch ein paar Probleme mit den Functionssheets und der internen Kommunikationen. Über Tipps würde ich mich sehr freuen. Leider werden noch nicht alles Bestuhlungen und ähnlichen in MEWS Events abgefragt, sodass wir noch einmal den Kunden via Mail kontaktieren müssen - Fehlerquelle vorprogrammiert.

Peppol facturen zijn heel onoverzichtelijk voor onze gasten.  De pdf factuur wordt hieraan niet gekoppeld.Enkel een document in computertaal (UBL) wordt doorgestuurd naar onze klanten, met heel veel vragen tot gevolg uiteraard.Momenteel sturen we de facturen ook nog door via Mews en niet enkel via het Peppol kanaal.

Hallo meine Mit-Mewser Ich wollte euch fragen, was Eure best pratice ist, wenn Ihr für eine Geschäftsgruppe eine Buchung vornehmt.Häufig ist ja der Fall, dass Frau Müller von der Firma XY per E-Mail anfragt für, sagen wir 8 Einzelzimmer. Da sind dann Gast A, B, C etc. untergebracht. Frau Müller selbst ist aber nicht Teil der Reisegruppe, sondern nur die Bucherin, welche alles organisiert. Das Problem ist, dass wenn ich bei der initialen Buchung Gast A als Kunde/Customer eingebe, die ganze Buchung auf Gast A benannt ist und wir dann E-Mails an Frau Müller schicken mit der Begrüssen “Sehr geehrter Gast A” und dies nicht mehr ändern können. Unser Workaround ist, dass wir Frau Müller bei der Buchung als Kunde angeben. Danach müssen wir Sie aber wieder aus einem Zimmer entfernen, da Sie ja nicht Teil der Reisegruppe ist. Funktioniert, ist jedoch überhaupt nicht intuitiv und sehr fehleranfällig und führt regelmässig zu kurioser Kommunikation mit Geschäftskunden.  Ich hab das Thema nicht in e

Hallo Ihr Lieben,wir finden das neue Update, bei dem man sich die Stornierungsrichtlinien direkt in der Reservierung anzeigen lassen kann sehr praktisch.Allerdings steht bei uns als Stornierungskosten immer bei allen Reservierungen 0€: Stornierung11 Tage vor Zeit des Check-ins: 0,00 €, 60 % (Standardrate) Ist das bei Euch auch so? Es wäre schon praktisch wenn hier direkt die richtigen Stornokosten angezeigt werden würden.Liebe GrüßeAnna Wiesler

We are currently use Google analytics GA 4 and i did the setup with this doc: https://mews-systems.gitbook.io/booking-engine-guide/booking-engine-widget/integrations/google-tag-manager but it does not really work.  Did anyone connect Tag with Mews booking engine and GA4 succesfully? Would super nice to understand what i need to do differently.  Best Hendrik

Wir arbeiten mit Aleno und wir finden keine Liste aller Gäste mit Allergien und Ernährungsgewohnheiten. Wie macht ihr das? Es wird immer nur ein Teil in Aleno gespielt (die interne Notiz im Profil), aber nicht die direkte Eingabe vom Gast z.B. beim Check-in. Ausserdem wird nur eine Person angezeigt und nicht alle Personen des Zimmers. Kennt Ihr eine Liste, die wir uns ziehen können? Danke

Hallo zusammen,wir haben seit Oktober “Mews” in unseren Hotels im Einsatz. Ein Hauptgrund für die Entscheidung war, dass wir uns ein cloudbasiertes PMS zulegen wollten, das mit der Zeit geht. Insbesondere überzeugte uns die Möglichkeit, den Self-Check-out für unsere Business-Gäste (über 90%) zur Verfügung zu stellen, um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden und besseren Service zu bieten (auch aufgrund der eingeschränkten Personalverfügbarkeit). Entsprechend wurde uns diese Möglichkeit bei der ersten Präsentation verkauft.Nach einigen Monaten und zig Herausforderungen (nicht nur, was den Self-Check-out anbelangt) stehen wir nun vor der vollendeten Tatsache, dass der Kiosk-Check-out für unsere Business-Gäste nicht möglich ist (zumindest nicht auf sinnvolle Art und Weise). Es sei denn, man möchte, dass die Gäste ohne zu zahlen das Hotel verlassen. Denn genau das passiert, wenn man den Gast mit dem Firmenprofil verknüpft. We have updated the logic that automatically closes bills at check out to more intelligently select the bills that should be closed and decrease the time you spend manually closing bills.Mews enables the automatic closure of bills when a guest checks out. Properties can enable this as part of their Stay Service so that it happens automatically. Additionally users can choose to close balanced bills in the user interfaceThe current logic closes ALL balanced bills on the Bill Owners profile only, leading to a number of issues:Bills routed to companies by Billing Automation and balanced automatically using payment automation remain open after check out and have to be manually closed. Companion bills related to the reservation remain open check out and have to be manually closed. All balanced bills on the Bill Owners profile are closed even if they relate to a different/future reservation.To reduce the number of balanced bills users have to manually close and to reduce the number of correct
