Servus in die Runde,wir “durften” vor ein paar Wochen von HS3 zu MEWS wechseln und ich kämpfe seitdem mit der DATEV-Schnittestelle bzw. Omniboost. Der Export zu DATEV war bei HS3 definitiv einfacher, einmal eingerichtet hat es jahrelang problemlos funktioniert…Bei der ersten Konfiguration von Omniboost  musste ein Konto für den Guest Ledger angegeben werden. Dies würde ich nun gerne ändern - nur wo? Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand weiterhelfen?Die Buchungslogik bei den ersten Testläufen musste ich auch erst einmal verstehen. Es wird ja wirklich ALLES über das Guest Ledger Konto gebucht. Wir hatten bisher alles über separate Debitorenkonten gebucht (Rechnungen und Zahlungen, egal in welche Form, dagegen). Finde das Guest Leger Konto mit unzähligen Bewegungen pro Monat sehr unübersichtlich. Oder haben wir hier etwas grundsätzlich falsch eingerichtet und das ist so gar nicht die übliche Buchungsroutine?Danke für die Hilfe!

Salto has recently released the option for wallet-based keys. Mews did so for Assa-Abloy almost a year ago, but for Salto locks we’re still waiting.Guests are losing/ not returning way too many of our key cards and this would be a great option to cut down on that, while at the same time it would improve our guest experience.So, is the integration coming soon?

Where to find Mews support when you most need it? When Mews is down, I connected to https://status.mews.com/ but everything was “operationnal”. There is no way there to subit an issue unless connecting into Mews and use the chat… But of course, if the issue is connecting into Mews… then you are stuck.Any Idea?

Hallo Zusammen, hat jemand in irgendeiner Art und Weise WeChat Pay als Zahlungsnabieter angebunden? So wie ich es sehe ist es mit einer direkten Verbindung zu MEWS nicht möglich. Aber vielleicht gibt es hier ja einen guten Workaround :) Vielen Dank und liebe GrüßeNina Atorf

Hi,Is there any news if this feature will be launched? For smooth check-in procedure, would be great to be able to take in credit card details with MEWS terminals instead of manual work. As we have a lot of travel agency clients, we are unable to collect the card details with e-mail link for collecting the payment details.There was a mention of this improvement 9months ago when zero authorization link was launched, but still no news?

Hallo Community, Ich möchte Google Hotel an MEWS anbinden. Aktuell läuft es bei mir über Siteminder. Jedoch wird über mein Google Maps Profil die “Offizielle Homepage” welche für Direktbuchungen natürlich die MEWS Booking-Engine sein sollte leider der Siteminder-Booking-Button mit einer schrecklichen Seite dargestellt. So erhalte ich gefühlt sehr viel weniger Direktbuchungen, als wenn die MEWS- Booking-Engine erscheinen würde. Leider ist in Siteminder dieser Link ausgegraut und nicht änderbar (Support hab ich gerade geschrieben).  Hier im Forum erscheint  bei meiner Suche zu Google Hotel immer nur, dass die Partnerschaft von MEWS mit Google Hotels  2024 abgeschafft wurde. Keine weitere Artikel.  Bin ich hier der Einzige mit dem Problem oder nutzt irh alle Cendyn, Triptease, D-Edge etc? Wenn ich schon bei Siteminder bin, würde ich hier die Verbindung haben wollen. Jedoch nicht zu deren blöden Booking-Buttton. Frech schon, dass hier behauptet wird es sei die offizielle Homepage.  Freue m

Bonjour tout le monde, j’aimerais savoir s’il y a eu des changements dans l’automatisation de facture car depuis cette semaine quand je crée un groupe de ex 20 personnes pour la facture ils sont tous regroupés sur la même facture, maintenant ils sont tous séparées et je dois tous les déplacés pour faire une seule facture. Est-ce qu’il y a quelque chose que vous me suggérer de regarder. J’ai vérifier dans l’automatisation et l’onglet créer une facture distincte pour chaque groupe de réservation est bien coché.

Liebe Community, wir wollen in Vorbereitung auf die Nutzung der Wallet-Keys die automatische Check-in Funktion aktivieren. Bei uns ist es jedoch so, dass der Aufenthalt bei Check-In vollständig beglichen sein muss - leider macht booking.com da gerade Schwierigkeiten durch die Umstellung der VCC Belastung, aber das ist ein anderes Thema… Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diese Einstellung vorzunehmen? Bei unserem externen Kiosk-Check-In ist diese Funktion problemlos einstellbar.  Vielen Dank im Voraus!

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, Dans le cadre de facturation électronique, Est ce que vos lignes packages sont rendu visible sur les factures ou bien la ventilation reste caché ?Car un de nos partenaires est passé à la facturation électronique et nous oblige à afficher nos ventilations ce qu’on ne souhaite pas forcément car des fois le niveau de détails dans nos ventilations est trop important et peut perdre le client. Merci d’avance pour vos réponses

Hi Community,which door lock systems would you recommend for an independent / non-branded hotel using Mews?Our main requirement is a fully integrated Digital Key, ideally without requiring the guest to visit reception.At the moment, I understand that Mews Digital Key officially supports ASSA ABLOY Vingcard/Vostio and SALTO Space. (Mews)We would be especially interested in hearing about: ASSA ABLOY Vostio / Vingcard SALTO Space Other solutions integrated via partners such as FLEXIPASS Experiences with Apple/Google Wallet keys vs. Bluetooth/app-based keys Reliability, costs and support Integration with Mews Kiosk / Online Check-in From what I can see, ASSA ABLOY Vostio currently has the advantage of native wallet-based keys with Mews, while SALTO Space is currently supported for Mews' Bluetooth Digital Key. Hi everyone,  I was wondering if MEWS have already thought about the possibility of two different check-in options.At the moment, as far as I am aware, if we have enabled automatic check-in, all units will be checked in on a specific time (in our case 3PM), but for those, who have not finalized check-in online, it is causing inconvenience cause they are not able to do the check-in onsite upon arrival as MEWS have already checked-in all units. So I was wondering, is there a possible way that for those, who have done the online check-in, the room will be checked in automatically in Mews and for those, who have not done online verson, will need to check-in in the kiosk once they arrive?   A lot of check-ins but I was trying to express my need as good as possible.  

Hallo zusammen, ist es möglich, dass Raten bei der Buchung nur von bestimmten Teammitgliedern/Positionen geändert werden können und nicht von jedem Teammitglied am Front Office? Vielen Dank vorab. In Benutzerberechtigungen finde ich leider keine Einstellung dazu.

My Hotel is located in Pinellas County, Florida, USA, where three separate tax brackets are applied too room rent including 6% Florida State sales tax, 1% Pinellas County sales tax, and 6% Pinellas County Tourism Development tax. Collectively, these total 13%. However, due to rounding to the nearest penny, when applied individually, the total can vary by $0.01 - $0.05 depending on the number of nights on the reservation and how the tax brackets are configured.In Mews, they are configured as three separate tax brackets to accurately track how much is owed to each governing body and for which tax. Each day, I have to review the Billing screen for each OTA group to look for room reservations where payment has been applied using a Virtual Credit Card pre-approved for a specific amount which may be an exact match to the room and tax total or may be $0.01 - $0.05 more or less. Hello everyone,I’m new to this community 😊 Hope to connect with you all!Mainly for the hoteliers here: Customer Alliance and Mews are integrated - the connection syncs guest data and automatically triggers pre-, during-, and post-stay surveys based on the reservation status in the PMS. The feedback can also flow back into the guest profile in Mews - Smart Tips, so the team sees it alongside the rest of the guest information.Is anyone here already using the two together? We run TikTok ads to our main site (hosted separately from Mews) and use the Mews Booking Engine embedded via iframe, with the confirmation page loading inside app.mews.com.TikTok Pixel events (including Purchase) fire correctly and are recorded in TikTok Events Manager, but they don't get credited back to the ad campaigns that drove the click. The root cause seems to be that TikTok's click ID (ttclid) and its first-party cookie (_ttp) are scoped to our domain, and don't carry over once the visitor moves into the Mews iframe on app.mews.com for checkout. Since the confirmation/Purchase event fires inside that iframe, TikTok has no way to tie it back to the original ad click.Has anyone else running TikTok ads (or a similar third-party pixel with click-ID-based attribution) with Mews hit this same gap? Has anyone found a solution to this ?

Hey,Is there anything in the marketplace that lets me fetch guest numbers etc to use on an internal webpage? We have a backoffice/internal webpage to manage conferances and events but we want to have “Todays Guest numbers” avalible on this page so all employees can see it without accessing Mews. Is there a way for this? Claude tells me there is but not how :D
