Kassensystem-Meldepflicht gemäß § 146a der Abgabenordnung

Hallo zusammen,wir bereiten aktuell die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Meldung unseres Kassensystems gemäß § 146a der Abgabenordnung (Meldepflicht bis 31.07.2025) vor. Folgende Informationen werden benötigt: Hersteller und genaue Bezeichnung des Kassensystems Seriennummer des Systems (sofern vorhanden) Zertifizierungsnummer der eingesetzten TSE beim BSI Art der TSE (z. B. Cloud) Seriennummer / 64-stelliger Hashwert der TSE Datum der Inbetriebnahme  Leider habe ich auf meine Anfrage an den MEWS Support bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Daher meine Fragen an euch: Hat jemand von euch bereits eine Antwort vom MEWS Support erhalten? Konntet ihr die benötigten Daten evtl. selbst im System finden? Wo war diese zu finden?  Ich freue mich auf eure Rückmeldungen. Liebe GrüßeAndreas

Hat noch jemand Bugs und Darstellungsprobleme

Guten Morgen Ihr Lieben, ich habe jetzt zum X-ten Mal Darstellungsproleme der MEWS App auf dem Rechner.Was ich getan haben:alle Cookies gelöscht. anderen Browser ausprobiert. Rechner neu gestartet.So sieht das heut aus. Es werden keine Icons angezeigt: Problem bleibt. Hat noch jemand eine Idee? Oder hat das gleiche Problem. Es nervt mich einfach und klaut mir meine Zeit.Freue mich auf ein Feedback. Liebe Grüße Simone

Custom Mail Template

Hallo zusammenIch öffne diesen thread neu, da der “before start” template-thread als gelöst klassiert ist.Da die Diskussion mit dem “before start” / “online check-in” template nicht weiterkommt, eine andere Lösungsrichtung: Wäre es nicht möglich und einfacher zum programmieren, wenn es einfach ein E-Mail Template gäbe, bei welchem das Hotel den Trigger frei wählen könnte? Dann kann man dies optional an- oder ausschalten und den Trigger wählen (ähnlich wie bei automatischen Zahlungen: z.B. conf.date +3days oder chk-indate -2days). Den Trigger könnte man auch gleich für alle templates customised machen. Die momentane Situation stellt sich ja genau dem Prinzip von individueller Gästekommunikation entgegen.Es ist wirklich sehr unangenehm, wenn man überhaupt keine Übersicht hat, ob Gäste nun eine Mail kriegen oder nicht (Self check-in Fall wurde ja bereits im anderen thread angesprochen). Gerade bei wiederkehrenden Gästen ist es umso peinlicher, wenn die jedesmal stranden und kein Zugangsco

Hey everyone! 😊Is anyone else experiencing issues with sending automated online check-in emails? 📧✈️We’ve been using Mews for about 2.5 weeks now, and suddenly, no check-in emails have been sent for the past few days. 😕We already have a ticket open with support 🎫, but maybe someone from the community has a tip or has seen this before? 🤔💡Thanks in advance! 🙏

Schedule a payment

Hi all,We have setup our automated payment policies to charge guest cards, if a card declines we must mark the card invalid on the OTA and then 24hours later we can try the charge again and cancel the reservation. We would love to be able to manually schedule a 2nd payment attempt instead of manually trying the card again. If the card is then charged no further action is needed and we have eliminated the need to make additional manual checks.Anyone found a way to do this?

Early Check - in

Hallo zusammen,vielleicht könnt ihr uns hier schnell helfen.Wir haben immer wieder das Problem bei Frühanreisen, dass diese nur einchecken können wenn die Early Check.in Gebühr von 30 EUR akzeptiert wird, dies wollen wir aber nicht immer.Wir haben dieses Produkt bereits auf nicht mehr buchbar von Gästen und Mitarbeitern gesetzt, die Frage kommt aber immer noch… speziell vor 10 Uhr.Danke für die Hilfe.

Debitor vs. Zahlung

Hallo zusammen, wir stellen oft Rechnungen als Debitor aus, diese werden seit der Umstellung auf MEWS teils über den BEzahlbutton auf der Rechnung beglichen. Nun ist die Frage ob MEWS im HIntergrund den Debitor storniert und dies auf die entsprechende Zahlungsart umbucht oder ist hier eine manuelle Buchung notwendig. Sonst haben wir 2 Zahlungen aber nur eine Leistung.Danke für euren Input.

Hallo zusammen, leider haben wir in den letzten zwei Tagen zwei Überbuchungen über Booking.com und Expedia eingespielt bekommen, ohne das noch freie Zimmer verfügbar sind.Weiß jemand wie man herausfindet wo da der Fehler herkommen kann? Danke schonmal vorab Laura

Zahlungen POS in MDWS

Hallo, wir nutzen XENIA als POS in unserem Restaurant.Die Umsätze werden auch alle nach MEWS übertragen, nur die externen Zahlungen nicht.Hat jemand das gleiche Problem?Der MEWS Support konnte mir nicht wirklich weiterhelfen und Xenia sagt auf ihrer Seite ist alles richtig eingestellt.Ich freue mich auf eure Antworten :)Liebe Grüße,Friederike
