Unanswered questions

HelloIt often happens in a busy city environment that we are left with just very few rooms on the day.  These rooms can be  snapped up at the same time by different OTA’s which leads to overbookings.Is it possible to block specific OTA’s for certain dates to book? I know i can add restrictions but these apply to all OTA’s. If I add a restriction to the OTA’s, no room will be sold and im left with unsold rooms , but if I have no restrictions, , it can lead to a book out. Catch 22 and far from ideal, but it would be so much easier if we would be able to keep a selected channel of selling us, so we can manage our availability much more efficiently  and maximize revenue

Hallo Ihr Lieben,wir finden das neue Update, bei dem man sich die Stornierungsrichtlinien direkt in der Reservierung anzeigen lassen kann sehr praktisch.Allerdings steht bei uns als Stornierungskosten immer bei allen Reservierungen 0€: Stornierung11 Tage vor Zeit des Check-ins: 0,00 €, 60 % (Standardrate) Ist das bei Euch auch so? Es wäre schon praktisch wenn hier direkt die richtigen Stornokosten angezeigt werden würden.Liebe GrüßeAnna Wiesler

Hallo zusammen,wir werden HNS Gift Voucher x Mews installiert und würde gern wissen, wie die Verrechnung in Mews stattfindet mit der Schnittstelle zu HNS Gutschein?Wir haben alle drei Produkte bei dem Kunden: IBE + CM + Voucher.Wir haben ein separaten Zahlungsanbieter an HNS angebunden. Wie ist der Prozess wenn ein Gast ein Gutschein für eine Reservierung einlösen möchte in Mews?Evtl. hat jemand Screenshots dazu, wenn möglich. Danke! und LG.

Moin zusammen,wahrscheinlich müssen wir uns mit HNS rumschlagen, aber ich frage einfach mal, vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp.Wenn wir beim Marktplatz die HNS Schnittstelle anschauen, dann finden wir bei den Channel-Managereinstellung der Alterskategorien 3 x Kinder , Erwachsene und Senioren.Wir nutzen eigentlich 4 x Kinderkategorien und 1 x Erwachsene.Da bislang die Antworten von HNS nicht berauschend sind: Hat da jemand Erfahrung? Wir können ja wahrscheinlich nicht einfach die Senioren mit der 4ten Kinderkategorie mappen? Müssten wir in HNS die Senioren dann  nicht auch finden?Die Kategorien in der Schnittstelle stellt HNS ein? Oder kommen die doch von Mews?Viele GrüßeLeif

Bonjour,Nous sommes passés sur Mews cette année et nous remarquons qu’il manque beaucoup de fonctions que d’autres PMS ont depuis des années.On nous encourage à poster sur la plateforme feedback qui est une bonne idée je trouve, sauf que je vois des posts qui comme celui ci https://feedback.mews.com/forums/918232-property-operations-pms/suggestions/47159095-impove-timeline-visual-appearance-for-improved-wor date de 2018 sans retour de la part de Mews. J’ai l’impression que les posts ne servent pas à grand chose. Sachant que beaucoup de demandes sur feedback sont partager entre plusieurs utilisateurs / properties qui utilisent Mews au quotidien.

Hello Community,As there will most likely be a tax change in Germany in 2026, where breakfast food and breakfast beverages will be subject to different VAT rates, and as far as I know, Mews is not currently working on a solution - how do you plan to handle this in Mews for your portfolio?Our current setup uses a single breakfast product added via product rules. With the VAT update, we will be required to create two separate products. However, updating the existing product rules or creating new ones will affect existing reservations and increase the total price. A possible solution could be my feature request to allow setting start and end dates on product rules.
