Hi beta community, we’re accepting new properties across Europe now!
If your front desk is still arranging guest transport by phone, WhatsApp or a personal app, this is for you. Uber for Business is now live inside Mews: request a ride, track it and post the fare straight to the guest folio, all without leaving the PMS.
Extending this beta to:
- Properties across Europe – Germany is excluded for now while we finalise a few local details
- Independent hotels or small groups
- Teams currently arranging guest transport manually
- Urban properties where guests regularly need a ride
What it can do for you
- Book, track and bill rides from inside Mews. No separate app or guest account needed.
- Earn a service fee on every completed ride. A new revenue line instead of a service gap.
- Rides post to the guest folio automatically. No manual reconciliation.
- Staff rides are covered too. Late shifts get home safely on the same bill.

Not to worry if you’re outside Europe. After our beta this summer, we'll be opening this up to even more properties across the globe.
