We're trying to understand how hoteliers get from raw numbers to the handful of things that actually matter each day, and whether that journey is harder than it should be.
If you run some kind of (morning) routine with occupancy, pickup, booking, or segment numbers, whether that lives in Mews, in a BI tool, or in your own Excel setup, I'd love to grab 30 minutes to understand how you've got it set up, how you actually look at the data, and how you get from the numbers to a decision. Not the ideal version, just what you actually do.
There's nothing to prepare for. I may ask you to share screen and talk through how you work, what you typically look at, and then ask about a few recent examples.
