To keep your payouts going to the right place, here's a handy guide on how to update your information.Steps to Update Your Bank Account for Mews PaymentsWhen you first signed up with Mews, you provided bank account details via the Customer Verification form. If you need to change these details, here's what to do:Fill Out the Bank Details Update Form: Complete the form with the updated bank information. In question three, choose option "A" for Bank Details Change. Information Required to Complete the Bank Details FormTo ensure a smooth update, have the following information ready:Company Name: The official name as registered with your local business authority. New Bank Account Information: The new account details for receiving payouts. When it’s settled, your work isn’t done; you still need to do some manual work to reconcile the payment. Sound familiar? To help hoteliers with this challenge, we’re excited to announce a new feature: payment request by invoice 🎉 By enabling guests to pay directly from an invoice, you’ll not only offer a frictionless experience, but you’ll also make life easier for your team with less time spent chasing outstanding payments and easier payment reconciliation. When the guest clicks on the payment link, they’re taken to a secure page to complete their payment.
