I second this! The excel sheets are fine in some cases, But for print its worthless. 

Mews team has been working on this development since 3 years and still no good lead on this matter. ​@sasha.collecutt would you be so kind to update us, how far is the progress on scheduled report as pdf file going?.

I love excel reports for various reasons, because you can do all sorts of analysis with it.

BUT it’s really time for a REPORT BUILDER, where you can generate frequently needed reports ready to print (pdf).

This is true for emergency backups, but also for breakfast reports, daily arrivals etc.

This is still a really weak point in mews!

I am happy to pitch in on this topic. Although Export to PDF has been on our radar for awhile it has not be prioritised yet. However, I am happy to let you know that we are developing a new analytics product - Mews BI. Mews BI has the ability to create custom dashboards with visual and table visulations possible. It also has the PDF export capability, which will work for both direct downloads and scheduled exports. 

Mews BI will be available through an extended beta program during 2025 and is currently best suited to hotel business models, where selling rooms/nights is the primary income source.

Would the announced BI solution also enable operating reports eg. breakfast reports?

And would it also be possible with this solution to export the invoices into PDF?
