Hey guys,

Is Mews actually working on a platform for Mews support?
We also use Mews Premium Support, and while I really like the support itself, the way tickets are handled is quite tough for me. There are so many emails that it’s really hard to go back to a support ticket and keep track of which ones are still open or have been closed.

I think a platform for all tickets would really help to keep better track of things. Also, from Mews’ side, I’m pretty sure it would help with inquiries, as I’ve already had to ask the same question twice because of this issue.

Maybe it even exists, and I’m just not aware of it.

What are your experiences?

Great news - we’re working on a Support Portal that will make it super easy to track and manage your support tickets in real time. It’s actually being tested as we speak, so you should be hearing about it very soon!
