We've noticed customers asking about updating their bank account details for Mews Payments. To keep your payouts going to the right place, here's a handy guide on how to update your information.
Steps to Update Your Bank Account for Mews Payments
When you first signed up with Mews, you provided bank account details via the Customer Verification form. If you need to change these details, here's what to do:
- Fill Out the Bank Details Update Form:
- Complete the form with the updated bank information.
- In question three, choose option "A" for Bank Details Change.
Information Required to Complete the Bank Details Form
To ensure a smooth update, have the following information ready:
- Company Name: The official name as registered with your local business authority.
- New Bank Account Information: The new account details for receiving payouts.
- Recent Bank Statement: An official statement, not older than three months, that includes the account details (IBAN, account number, SWIFT, bank name) and confirms the account owner's name.
Your Customer Success Manager will reach out to you if Mews requires additional information.
