New Features

• Transform check ins and key management with MIWA!
  We are excited to announce that Mews now integrates with MIWA. The MIWA integration allows you to encode room keys directly from Mews Operations and Mews Kiosk. This avoids the need to switch between Mews and MIWA during check in for a more efficient process.

• Guest extended their stay? Great news! Now automatically create a new reservation in Mews Operations.
  You can now automatically create a new reservation when a customer extends their stay, preserving the original reservation’s details in Mews Operations.
• Meet the new way to create reservations, directly from the Timeline.
  Get ready for a game-changing feature! You can now create reservations directly from the Timeline in Mews Operations. Check availability and book faster—both in one convenient view!
• More account security with the new Trusted devices list.
  Say goodbye to the days of guessing which devices have access to your account! Now, you can take full control with the new Trusted devices list in Mews, monitor account access and manage trusted devices to help safeguard against unauthorized logins.
• Login now speaks your language.
  Mews login screen now automatically detects your browser's language settings, making it smarter and more inclusive than ever.
• Your account, your rules: Introducing a new security layer for sensitive operations. 
  The new security layer adds more safeguards to when you perform sensitive operations, such as adding a new user or downloading a sensitive report, by requiring identity verification through your registered email.

• New sub-processors added to Mews.
  We’ve expanded our list of sub-processors to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
  Here are the latest additions:Confluent Europe LTD,Intellum, Inc., Zuplo, Inc.
• Unlock accurate guest profiles with Match and merge powered by Mews Payments!
  Imagine effortlessly merging guest profiles, even when crucial details such as name or phone number are missing. It's now a reality! Match and merge now leverages Mews Payments to detect matching guest profiles using encrypted and tokenized credit or debit card data. Note: Mews Payments complies with PCI standards, ensuring payment card and guest data security and privacy.
• Welcome your guests like never before with better arrival communications.
  Give guests everything they need for a smooth, stress-free stay effortlessly! Our latest update improves After start emails and SMS messages, providing instant access to room details, Digital Keys, and stay information. Convenience for guests, efficiency for you!
• Deliver personalized service with Smart Tips right from the Timeline!
  The recently released Smart Tips feature is now easier to access than ever, when viewing a reservation on the Timeline or in the Reservation overview via the Smart detail window. Note: This feature is only available for properties with a Pro or Enterprise subscription.
• Mews University update: New Payment and Cancellation Policies course now available.
  Want to learn how to manage payment and cancellation policies in Mews? Our brand-new Payment and Cancellation Policies course is now available in the Mews University catalog for self-enrollment!
• Mews University update: Certification for Property Administrators now available.
  Looking to validate your skills as a Property Administrator? Our new certification for Property Administrators offers you the chance to gain a verified digital credential upon passing the examination. 
  The examination includes 25 questions for Property Administrators, testing your practical knowledge of Mews Operations.

Announcements

• Coming Soon: Scheduled Payout reports and Payout detail exports coming to Mews Operations!
  This February, you’ll soon be able to schedule exports of the Payout report and export Payout details in Mews Operations to better meet your reporting needs. With this update, you can automate your Payout report exports based on your preferred schedule, ensuring timely reporting with less manual effort. 
• Mews University update: Linking Payments to Reservations course now available.
  Introducing our newest course for Mews University! This concise, hands-on course equips you with the skills and knowledge you need to link guest payments with specific reservations, making it easier than ever to manage deposits and check guest balances.
