I had one quick question in regards the digital key. Do you know if they are plans for Mews to integrate with Hotek? We currently have our door locks with hotek.

For the spcae upgrades during OCI & kiosk, are there planned improvements to offer this to guests who booked on rate codes that are now closed? Alot of non refundable rates are closed close to arrival and these guests are not offered the change to upgrade.

At the moment, we have no plan to integrate with Hotek for the Mews Digital Key. However, I know the Hotek mobile key solution is available in our Marketplace if you haven’t already investigated this.

At the moment, we don’t expect to make changes to the space upgrades in online and Kiosk check in during the first half of this year. However, we recognise this scenario will potentially limit the number of upgrades offered to guests and intend to improve this in future.
