Is it just me or does it take ages whenever you create a new company profile and want to add a routing rule until the company profile is found? I have to refresh many times until I can find the company.

 

I thought it would be so much easier to already add the routing rule from the company profile directly when creating the company, either by a ticking box or a drop down menu?

If I understand correctly, you’re trying to create a routing rule right after setting up a new company profile. Typically, it may take about 30 to 40 seconds for the newly created profile to become available in the Routing Rule creation window. If you find that it’s taking longer than that, please feel free to open a support case and attach a screen recording. We’ll be happy to investigate further for you.

thank you for your answer - my point is that it is an extra step to first create the company, then go to routing rules to create them while it just seems more reasonable to simply have a box to tick in the company profile that would define the routing rule :)
