Ich komme noch einmal auf das Thema zurück. Vielleicht habe ich es nicht richtig verstanden: Preise und Restriktionen kann man für alle Zeiträume eingebenBuchbarkeit ist jedoch auf 365 Tage beschränkt Wie kann ich den Buchbarkeitszeitraum für uns intern und unserer Website öffnen? Oder müsste ich da mit anderen Raten arbeiten? Wir haben Gruppen, die teilweise 2 Jahre im Voraus buchen und können diese nicht eingeben. Welche Möglichkeit gibt es da?Danke für die Hilfe

Hallo Community, mir ist die Berechnung der Bettensteuer nicht ganz verständlich. Laut Gesetz muss sie auf den Nettoübernachtungspreis ohne Umsatzsteuer berechnet werden. In unseren Buchungen wird jedoch offenbar der Bruttobetrag (inklusive Umsatzsteuer) als Grundlage verwendet.  In dem Fall sind es 41,66 € (7.5%) vom Bruttobetrag (555,40 €). Gesetzestext: > Die Steuer bemisst sich nach dem Aufwand für die Übernachtung ohne Umsatzsteuer und ohne den Aufwand für andere Dienstleistungen.Link zum Gesetzestext: https://gesetze.berlin.de/bsbe/document/jlr-%C3%9CnStGBEpP4  Meine Fragen: Ist bei uns eventuell eine falsche Einstellung hinterlegt? Oder wird die Berechnung von Mews möglicherweise automatisch so vorgenommen?  Vielen Dank für eure Unterstützung! 

Hi there, As admin, I want to re-activate a user currently listed as ‘inactive’. When selecting ‘edit details’, I see the status is listed as ‘inactive’, but there is no option for me to re-activate.Any help in this respect would be welcome.Thank you!

Hello,If you have a certain age restriction to be allowed to stay in certain rooms, how are you restricting this with the Mews booking engine? For example, we have one room type which cannot accommodate children under 5years. The only workaround we found is to write this in the room description, however guests still see the option to add how many children/infants to their reservation so doesn’t really solve the problem. We also have dormitory rooms which are adult only, but again they are offered child/infant as these are allowed in other room categories. Thanks,

It opens a file open dialog where .json files can be selected, but what kind of json files are supposed to be imported?I looked at the help file but found nothing explaining it. Hola,¿Por qué al hacer un split de una reserva para poder mover a los clientes a otra habitación MEWS genera una nueva reserva? De esta forma Analytics vuelca datos erróneos - además, si la factura ya está cerrada, te genera una devolución y un nuevo cargo y sinceramente no es nada eficiente este aspecto. ¿alguien sabe alguna otra forma de cambiar a un cliente de habitación sin que esto suceda?-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------When splitting a reservation in order to move guests to another room, why does MEWS create a new reservation? This results in inaccurate data being reflected in Analytics. Moreover, if the invoice has already been closed, it generates a refund and a new charge, which is honestly quite inefficient.Does anyone know of an alternative way to change a guest’s room without this occurring?Kind regards,

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to revert the dashboard/ home screen back to before the latest update. I’ve had increasingly negative feedback from my team that it is aesthetically worse and adds not benefit to their daily operations. They have also noted that reservations used to span x5 across, this has been restricted to x4 which restricts the information they are able to review at a time. Thinner rings/donuts are less eye-catching now that they are thin, this is unhelpful when they are in a high demand period and need information quickly. On their behalf, I thought I would just check and see if it would any way to undo the latest MEWS update.Kind regards :)

Alguno más tiene problemas para cargar los datos en Analytics? y por otro lado, aprovecho para preguntar si alguien sabe qué filtros hacer en el apartado analítica de gestión y en la pestaña “por día” para que sólo analice el revenue recibido por alojamiento, descartando otros productos.Por último, tenemos también problemas para conectar con analytics dos usuarios al mismo tiempo. Muchas gracias de antemano

Hallo zusammen,leider haben wir ein Problem mit unserem Kiosk Check in. Bei bestimmten Buchungen (vorwiegend bei Gruppenbuchungen oder Buchungen bei denen Anreisende und Buchende Person nicht die gleichen sind aufgekommen) löscht bzw. überschreibt das Kiosk die im PMS angelegten anreisenden Gäste. Wir haben extra ein (nicht besonders professionelles aber effektives) Video erstellt, auf welchem wir den Fehler rekonstruieren konnten. Selbst nach mehrmaligem hinterlegen der Gästekartei überschreibt der Kiosk diese wiederkehrend, wie auf dem Video erkennbar.Hier ein Link zum Video -> https://share.icloud.com/photos/063y9ObebIF-RW8QU4kFWYoXw Wir haben die Tablets zudem bereits mehrfach neu gestartet und auch die Kiosk App auf Updates geprüft. Hey everyone,It’s not directly a MEWS topic, but:Is anyone experiencing issues with Booking.com reservations via SiteMinder?For about two hours now, no reservations or modifications have been coming through from Booking.com via SiteMinder.We’re not even receiving the usual confirmation emails from SiteMinder, and the reservations don’t appear in their extranet either.So it seems to be a SiteMinder issue — but exclusively affecting Booking.com. Other OTAs don’t seem to be impacted.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue by any chance?Just curious to know. Thanks in advance!

Dear community,Can anyone help me out with setting up the age categories correctly? some Booking.com reservations end up with wrong age categories for teenagers.In Mews I have the following age categories:Adult Teenager (13-17 yo) Child (5-12 yo) Infant/Toddler (0-4 yo)These are (hopefully) correctly labeled to Siteminder via Mews marketplace → Age categories.In Booking.com I have 3 children age categories set up with the same intervals. However, when a reservation is made in Booking.com with a teenager, it ends up as a Child (5-12 yo) in Mews. Which setting am I missing?please advise, thank you!

In some cases, clients book multiple rooms for various dates throughout the year and request a short and detailed email summarizing what they’ve booked.Up until now, they've been receiving very long emails listing all services in detail – is there a better way to do this?

Ein Gast hat per E-Mail gebucht, und die Reservierung wurde manuell in Mews eingetragen. Wir haben bereits eine Zahlungsaufforderung gesendet, und der Gast hat einen kleinen Betrag bezahlt. Allerdings wurde die Kreditkarte nicht im Gastprofil gespeichert, da Mews die Karte nach der Bezahlung deaktiviert hat.Wir möchten die Kreditkarte über Mews erneut anfordern, damit sie im Profil des Gastes aktiv hinterlegt wird und im Bedarfsfall (z. B. No-Show oder Zusatzkosten) belastet werden kann. Wie können wir das über Mews umsetzen?

Good morning 😊 Small question about the visualised occupancy which one can find on the dashboard / home screen.  Whilst I understand the blue and black lines giving an idea about the check-ins and check-outs, is it possible to remove these lines? Habt ihr auch das Problem, dass die Namen der anreisenden Gäste bei Gruppenbuchungen einfach plötzlich weg sind?Ich habe bereits ein Ticket aufgemacht, aber wir kommen da nicht weiter.Wenn ich die einzelnen Namen nach der Buchung den Zimmern einer Gruppenbuchung zuordne, werden teilweise (und für mich nach keinem ersichtlichen Schema) einfach einzelne anreisende Personen entfernt. Oder ein Datensatz wird überschrieben, obwohl beide Personen eines Zimmers angelegt waren und ordentlich eingecheckt haben.Es ist grade etwas durcheinander und bedarf etwas Nacharbeit.Es fällt spätestens dann auf, wenn ich die Statistik für das Statistische Landesamt ziehe und nicht zugeordnete Einträge habe. Das sind dann z.B. Doppelzimmer, bei denen nur ein Gast eingetragen ist, obwohl für 2 gebucht ist. Die Gäste haben beim Check-in auch den Meldeschein am Kiosk komplett ausgefüllt, Daten sind also da. Werden nur nach dem Check-in, warum auch immer, entfernt. Aufgefallen ist das bei Gruppenbuchungen oder B

Liebe Community, wir haben immer wieder das Problem, dass Gäste beim Auschecken am KIOSK nicht zum Bezahlen aufgefordert werden, obwohl sie noch einen offene Rechnung zu begleichen haben. Der Rechnungsverantwortliche ist auch immer der Gast selbst, also daran kann es nicht liegen.Hat jemand ebenso dieses Problem, bzw. welche Lösung gibt es hierzu?Besten Dank,Helene

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to correct an error in a rate on a closed bill. For example, a guest has checked out, and the rate posted was 10,000 x 4 nights. This is wrong, and we need to adjust this off. When I’m adjusting with an additional service in the same accounting category (STR Room Rental), it is not showing as an adjustment to the Room revenue, it’s showing as an adjustment to the product revenue.This is affecting our reporting and other integrations like the RMS. Are we doing something wrong, is something configured incorrectly, or is this working as intended?

Hello everyone,I am having a problem with automatic reminder emails for optional reservations in MEWS. Here is the context:An agency made an optional reservation for a customer.The customer received the automatic optional reservation reminder email, which allowed them to see the price of their reservation and cancel it themselves via the Mews Guest Portal link, which is something we definitely do not want.According to MEWS documentation:The recipient of the email is always the owner of the reservation (the main guest), and if the main guest's email address is not provided, the email is sent to the organizer (the agency).In our case, our policy is to record all customer emails as soon as we receive them, so the problem occurs systematically for agency customers and certain groups.The automatic reminder email is very useful for tracking reservations, but we would like to limit its sending to certain types of customers, for example:-Travel agency customers-Group reservationsTo date, there
