How do I create a restriction OR policy where by the MEWS system automatically closes my discounted rates once occupancy reaches a certain threshold. For instance, if I want my winter special rate to be automatically turned off when my occupancy reaches 60%. How do I that? The key is that it has to be automated within MEWS. I don’t want to have to go through the rates and mark them private.

if you wnat to close the rate i would rather set an restriction manually than put them into private.
+1The only way to do this is with an external Revenue Management System integration - Mews cannot control rates or restrictions via occupancy at present.
