Can not get the Onboarding Wizard to show in Brave or Firefox

Hello! I am a new Mewser and would love som guiding now when I can not get the Onboarding Wizard to show. I am using VPN but tried everything from taking this away to allowing third party cookies but it just does not show. I dont like to take these away ofcourse when I want to make as much safetymoves online as possible. Any guidence on how to get the Onboarding Wizard showing in a safe way? Best regards, Arpan

Vectron Barumsatz in Mews Kasse

Hallo, wer hat eine Vectron Kasse und lässt seine Umsätze in Mews einspielen? Bei uns klappt das einspielen in den Buchhaltungsbericht. Aber es funktioniert nicht, dass der Barumsatz in die Kasse übertragen wird, so wie wir es eigentlich wollten, um nur noch eine Barkasse zu führen… Wer kann da evtl. weiterhelfen? Gruß Torsten

I’m trying to complete the onboarding but when I go to submit i receive: “Please complete missing Company Representative information before submitting the KYC Project.” even though all fields are filled. any thoughts how to bypass this and does anyone know if it will hold up my install timeline? Error in Import future bookings Booking.com

Hello! We're going live these days, but before we really go online, I want my calendar to be completely accurate (we are switching from another booking system). All of our reservations are in it, with the exception of those made through Booking.com and Expedia.com. I want to download the future reservations so they are in our calendar and also updated automatically. I do this through Marketplace>Booking.com, however, I keep getting an error message. The error message is: Code: 400, Message: you do not have access to the requested hotel. URGENT: Invalid credentials from Booking.com. However, I am logged in with the administrator account in MEWS, so that cannot be the cause. Can anyone help me?

MEWS POS - Shift management

Dear Community, Please find here an overview of the Shift management feature within the POS app. What is it ? The Shift Management feature provides control over two essential features: management of shifts (e.g : lunch service, dinner service), management of cash flow. How to use it ? To enable the Shift Management feature in the app, go the burger menu > settings > shift management. For each outlet, the shift needs to be open at the beginning of service and closed at the end of each service (or end of day). By doing so, you will be able to print reports directly from the application after each service. If not closed manually, a shift will automatically close after being open for 24 hours. Before opening a shift, the default cash float can be modified if needed. In this section, you will be able to see the current shift state (open/closed), history of past shifts, and the cash drawer information. Shift reports can be printed by tapping on the printer icon on the top right or the "Print

QR Codes - Mail Template

Hi There, I am trying to add QR placeholder to other default mail templates, it adds the blurb “ Scan this QR code on arrival” but the QR code does not show on the preview? Any help on this? Learning Paths - Role F&B Agent - non learning path under USER

Hi All, Can you add any more learning paths anywhere? e.g. their is a F&B agent but cannot link a learning path to this person. either the F&B agent should be removed from roles or what learning path do we assign the F&B Agent Also where can i add more than one learning path? seems can only add 1 per user.

My invoice from Mews POS did not end up in Mews PMS – How to fix it?Tutorial

Hello Community, When you are using Mews POS and during service you get this nasty pop up when you close an invoice saying ‘PMS Error’ you know that something went wrong. You can click ‘Show details’ to see what is wrong. And if you know how to fix it, to resolve this. If not, contact support to see why this invoice could not be transferred to the PMS. When you fixed the cause of the problem, you can go send the invoice to the PMS again In the app: Go to your invoices and go to this specific one. Scroll down a bit and you will see the detailed error message again (in red). Followed by the buttons ‘CLEAR’ and ‘RETRY’. Just click ‘RETRY’ and it will send the invoice to the PMS. If it was successful, you will get a message and the buttons will disappear. You don’t need to do anything more. However, when it is not successful, a new error message will pop up: Sometimes fixing the cause will not help you in sending the invoice to the PMS. In that case you need to add this in the PMS manually

We are not able to reach Mews support 🤷‍♂️

Hey, we are new with Mews and our Boarding Manager is in the holidays. We don’t have an Account Manager assigned already so we don’t have someone to contact right now … 😌 When contacting the support via support@mews.com we get: Thank you for contacting Mews support. We wanted to inform you that we have recently made updates to our Terms and Conditions and Service Level Agreement, which took effect on March 20th, 2024. Due to these changes, we’re unable to reply directly to this message.… For all requests, we kindly ask that you submit your request through the Mews Digital Assistant on app.mews.com. In the commander we only have the Digital Assistant Chat which isn’t bad but not helpful for some of our problems and here in the forum we can’t share most of these problems because they almost everytime include information that cant be shared publicly or need the be viewed with property access … 🙈 Right now it seems like a loop were the mews support is saying go to the Chatbot and the Bot

Mews PMS and POS - How to double check revenue streams?Tutorial

Dear Community, today, let's dive into an insightful exploration of accounting and sales reports, shedding light on revenue tracking and payment reconciliation across both the PMS and POS systems. When you access the accounting report, you'll notice it's divided into several sections: Revenue, Payments, Transactions, and Outlets. When checking POS revenue in the PMS, our focus lies on 'Revenue' and 'Outlets'. At the top, you'll also find 'Total Revenue' and 'Outlets'. You might panic when you see 'Outlets' showing 0. However, there's no need to worry; this is perfectly normal. Under 'Outlets', you'll find all revenue and payments from the POS sent to the PMS using any payment type, except for room charges. Since these bills are closed, they are balanced, meaning revenue minus payments equals 0. Room charges, on the other hand, are not closed yet and need to be included on the guest's bill, so they appear under revenue. If you're thinking, 'Oh no, my revenue is in two different places..
