Does anybody knows how to skip the blue help badge/button and his banner….?

It is always covering parts of the screen.

Hi Sam, thanks for your question!

The Digital Onboarding Wizard widget remains active for properties for seven days after the onboarding process is completed. This delay is implemented to give properties some extra time to address any remaining questions they might have after the official onboarding is concluded. The access will be automatically removed seven days after the project's completion or cancellation stage. If the wizard is still visible after this timeframe, properties should clear their cache and log out of Mews, then log back in for the browser to properly update the settings. If the wizard is still visible after that, we invite you to reach out to Support, and we will do the necessary to deactivate it for your property.

Hope this clarifies the situation :)

Best regards,

Paul

Hi Joerg, thanks for your question!

This sounds like the blue Onboarding Wizard widget that appears in the bottom left of your screen, which gives you access to Onboarding resources. In order to deactivate the widget, could you please submit a ticket for the Mews support team, so that we deactivate it for you? Thanks so much in advance! :)

Best regards,

Paul

Hey Paul,

How long after passing the onboarding audit does the widget stay? Or will it stay until we reach out to support?

Thanks,
