Error in Import future bookings Booking.com

Hello! 

 

We're going live these days, but before we really go online, I want my calendar to be completely accurate (we are switching from another booking system). 
All of our reservations are in it, with the exception of those made through Booking.com and Expedia.com. 

I want to download the future reservations so they are in our calendar and also updated automatically. I do this through Marketplace>Booking.com, however, I keep getting an error message. 
The error message is: 
Code: 400, Message: you do not have access to the requested hotel. 
URGENT: Invalid credentials from Booking.com.

However, I am logged in with the administrator account in MEWS, so that cannot be the cause. 

Can anyone help me?
