Hi There,

I am trying to add QR placeholder to other default mail templates, it adds the blurb “ Scan this QR code on arrival” but the QR code does not show on the preview? Any help on this? This would be applicable to all default mail templates as an example. not the ones already preset e.g. before start etc..

<p style='margin-top:0'>Scan this QR code on arrival.</p>{qrCode}

<p>Dear {titlePrefix} {name},</p><p>Thank you for booking with {enterpriseName}! You can find a summary of the reservation details below:</p><div style='border-radius:4px;background:#ecf3fe;margin:0 -8px;padding:8px 8px 0 8px'>{summaryHtml}</div>{reservationDetailsHtml}<p>If you have any questions or need to change any details, please contact us at {enterpriseEmail}.</p><p>Kind regards,<br/>{enterpriseName}<p style='margin-top:0'>Scan this QR code on arrival.</p>{qrCode}

Hi @Andreventer003
The QR code might not be appearing in your email template preview for a few reasons.

First, ensure that the QR code option is enabled in your settings.

1. Go to the main menu in Mews Operations.

2. Navigate to Settings > Services.

3. Click on a bookable service.

4. Under Visit options, select Enable QR code in emails from the dropdown list.

5. Click Save.

If the QR code is still not appearing, you might need to test the email in a demo environment.

1. Open your Demo property in Mews Operations.

2. Create a new reservation with a customer email address.

3. Go to the burger menu (3 horizontal lines) and click on Queues > Mail.

4. Find your email and click on the email name.

5. Click on the paper icon in the top right to preview the email.
