How to reach support when Mews is down?

Where to find Mews support when you most need it?

When Mews is down, I connected to https://status.mews.com/ but everything was “operationnal”.
There is no way there to subit an issue unless connecting into Mews and use the chat… But of course, if the issue is connecting into Mews… then you are stuck.

Any Idea?

Hi Benoit,We had the same issue yesterday. We tried calling the Mews emergency number, which is supposed to work in case of a global outage. But yesterday it kept us on hold for 10 minutes, being asked questions by a bot and pressing numbers, without ever reaching a real person.Luckily the problem seemed to resolve itself after about 30 minutes, but that's poor service in a moment when you really need support.Kind regards,Lisa
