Mainly for the hoteliers here: Customer Alliance and Mews are integrated - the connection syncs guest data and automatically triggers pre-, during-, and post-stay surveys based on the reservation status in the PMS. The feedback can also flow back into the guest profile in Mews - Smart Tips, so the team sees it alongside the rest of the guest information.
Is anyone here already using the two together? Happy to hear your feedback!
