Synchronisation Profil Mews mit Duve

Hallo zusammen

Wir arbeiten seit kurzem mit DUVE. Nun stellen wir vermehrt fest, dass wenn ein Gast seine Daten erfasst, diese ins falsche Profil übernommen werden, sprich die Daten werden in den zweiten Gast übernommen. Habt Ihr auch schon Erfahrungen damit? Wie handelt Ihr dies?

I talked to the technical partnership team and they told me it would be best if you opened a support case, so our connectivity specialists can have a proper investigation.

Since Duve did not report anything similar to us, it looks more like a local/setup mistake :)
