3. New Beta Feature: Smart Tips in Guest Profiles
We’re thrilled to introduce “Smart Tips” – an AI summary feature that provides a quick overview of guests’ previous and upcoming reservation notes, preferences, and status directly in their profiles! This feature is available for demo properties and can be enabled for production upon request.
To join the beta in production:
- Reply to the thread with your property details, and we’ll enable the feature within the next working day.
- Note that guest data is not used to train any models; summaries are generated fresh each time.
4. Mews POS Tips
As we settle into fall, it’s the perfect time to refine our skills on Mews POS. Here are some helpful tips to get the most out of it:
- Creating a Revenue Center: Go to Settings > Revenue centers > + and fill in the details to categorize income streams, which improves financial reporting.
- Creating a Customer Group: Use Customers > Groups > + to create groups for VIPs or specific customer segments, enhancing personalized services.
