Hello Mews Community! I am wondering if anyone knows how to manipulate the fields of the guest in house report to sort by date first? More specifically, the “Ordering” option. It seems crazy to me that this is not an option for filtering already. Has anyone else had this question? 

Is there a recommended process for back-ups of Mews reservations in case of a Mews system outage? How do you know who has a reservation with you tonight?We scheduled a daily reservation report sent to an Email.Does anybody have a better solution for this?Thx Max

Hello everyone:) Can you help me create a report from MEWS just for Loyalty guests?Under customer statistics I can only see the total number, but I also need to see the names of the guests to check whether they paid with points or not :)thank you in advance:)Manny

Is anyone utilising a provider who can provide dashboard reporting that is easily accessible on mobile.We’re looking at Power BI however it appears we’ve a significant amount of work ahead to create a fairly simple solution using the API connecting to MEWS/Bizzon.ThanksD

How can I download the deposit report for future reservations?I would like to check all the bank transfers I have entered in each booking of July and August 2024

How do properties pull reports on what a company has produced in a given time frame. Is there a way to report on a  “Group by company” basis for supplementary revenue (conference, F&B) as well as Accommodation.We currently only have the ability to pull a “Group By Company” for the Reservation report for Accommodation.ThanksDarren

Hi everybody, I was wondering, where I can find the open prepayments for 31.12.2023? Could you please let me know, if that’s the correct way to find them:Accounting ledger report – Mode: Grouped – Type: General – Date: 31.12.2023 23:59 – Group by: Accounting category. And then after ‘view report’ the ‘open prepayments’ are for the guests who paid for their future stay in 2024? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi there. We recently noticed automatically added cancellation and no-show fees on several reservations which are not supposed to have any fees at all… These fees and total amounts are being added to our revenue but this is wrongly added… If I cancel the cancellation fees or other items, then it just shows up in the guests profile as "to be refunded" and still being added to "room revenue"  Is there any way to completely delete these fees from the report hence they are amounts we're not getting... Hope it makes sense and someone has a solution 

Hello Mewsers,The daily receipts book no longer needs to be kept if a daily financial report is generated via the MEWS digital software, which is saved and can no longer be modified. Is it true that MEWS provides this in our package and thus the paper daily receipt book has become redundant?Best regards,Robin

Hi Mewsers, I wanted to check which report everyone is using to make your forecast / analytics.Currently, we are using the reservations-report. However, this has a terrible lay-out and can barely be used to make a proper forecast or other analyses.Thank you in advance.
