Hi!Does anybody have the image sizing specs for unit pictures and product images? Nothing quite seems to be resized properly to frame automatically by the system when uploading pictures (vertical or horizontal)

Still no way to book 2 adults + 1 infant (0-3 yrs) in a “max-2” apartment?

Hi everyone,I’m hoping somebody has cracked what feels like a very typical family scenario in Mews Distributor.Our one-bedroom apartments are limited to two adults. Many guests, however, travel with a baby or toddler who sleeps in the parents’ bed. In an ideal world the booking widget would let them add a 0–3 year-old and still show the apartment. Right now, the moment a child is added Mews counts it as a full extra guest, so the system insists on a three-person (or two-bedroom) unit—hardly family-friendly.What we‘re aiming for Widget shows pickers for adults and a “0-3 yrs” band. Guests can choose 2 adults + 1 infant/toddler and the two-person apartment remains available. We don’t have to raise the apartment’s base capacity (keeps OTA inventory clean). A guest has requested a detailed breakdown of payments linked to his reservation. Specifically, for the stay from June 17th to 19th, we need to allocate and split the amount of CHF 905.05 by credit card, so it matches the invoice exactly. Debitor vs. Zahlung

Hallo zusammen, wir stellen oft Rechnungen als Debitor aus, diese werden seit der Umstellung auf MEWS teils über den BEzahlbutton auf der Rechnung beglichen. Nun ist die Frage ob MEWS im HIntergrund den Debitor storniert und dies auf die entsprechende Zahlungsart umbucht oder ist hier eine manuelle Buchung notwendig. Sonst haben wir 2 Zahlungen aber nur eine Leistung.Danke für euren Input.

Schedule a payment

Hi all,We have setup our automated payment policies to charge guest cards, if a card declines we must mark the card invalid on the OTA and then 24hours later we can try the charge again and cancel the reservation. We would love to be able to manually schedule a 2nd payment attempt instead of manually trying the card again. If the card is then charged no further action is needed and we have eliminated the need to make additional manual checks.Anyone found a way to do this?
