Hallo Mewsler,seit dem 24.02.2025 haben wir ein Problem mit der Schnittstelle Mews Connector zu Messerschmitt. Wenn ein Gast über den Mews Kiosk eincheckt und eine Zimmerkarte erstellt, wird die Zimmernummer nicht angezeigt. Der Kartenerstellungsprozess wird in Mews als „in Arbeit“ angezeigt, und anschließend erscheint eine Fehlermeldung.Ablauf des Problems:Der Gast checkt über den Mews Kiosk ein. Die Zimmerkarte wird erstellt und ausgegeben. Im Mews Kiosk bleibt der Status „Kartenerstellungsprozess in Arbeit“. Dear All, in my first impression (we went live 3 weeks ago) the online check-in asks for CC incl. verification at online check-in even if the guest has gone through 3Ds before (at time of booking for example)? Is that possible? I do understand the guests’ frustration there. While I do agree we need to have a mindset shift in the DACH region and normalize cc capture and verification I believe this is exaggerated. Could someone confirm if my first observation are correct? Where do I see if the guest has successfully gone through 3Ds in the profile?

Hallo zusammen,Trotz Richtlinie bis 1 Tag vor Anreise konnte eine kostenfreie Stornierung ein Gast seine Buchung noch am gleichen Tag bis 09:00 Uhr aufheben. Anschließend bin ich hier flüchtig am Einstellen, inklusive Testbuchung, sodass wir sehen, was MEWS dem Gast ausspuckt. Leider immer etwas anderes. Unsere Richtlinie wäre bis 1 Tag, aber 18:00 Uhr kostenfreie Stornierung möglich. Was hinterlegt Ihr, nur 1 Tag, Stunden? Komm hier immer auf ein anderes Ergebnis, leider nie richtig.Liebe Grüße Kerstin

Great that the number of stays is now shown in the returning guest icon on timeline, but it would be REALLY great (and more logical) if the number of stays was included everywhere the returning icon is displayed, like on the guest profile, reservation summary, manage reservation screen.

Rechnungsänderungen nach Schließen der Rechnung

Guten Morgen,nachdem ein paar Mal Mitarbeiter statt die Rechnung neu auszustellen die Rechnungen zurückbelastet haben, habe ich die Benutzerrollen eingeschränkt. Das heißt jetzt aber für alle, dass außer mir mit Admin-Rechten keiner mehr Rechnungen ändern kann. Zwar gibt es noch die Option “als offene Rechnung neu ausstellen”, aber es gibt für die Mitarbeiter dann nur einen weißen Bildschirm. Gleiches bei “Rechnungsdetails ändern”.Generell habe ich kein Problem damit, die Rechnungen zu ändern, doch sobald ich im Urlaub bin, müssen die Gäste dann warten, bis ich wieder zurück bin, um die Rechnung zu ändern und das möchte ich den Gästen nicht zumuten. Ich kann auch nicht nur bestimmte Rechnungsänderungsoptionen freischalten, sondern nur alles oder nichts. Hat irgendjemand eine Idee, wie dies besser zu lösen ist?

Hi all,Currently all staff members can change the room status to Inspected. I would like this to be only available for our Housekeeping Manager. Housekeeping team members should only be able to change from Dirty to Clean. Is there a way to make this possible? Thank you!

Hello Mewters!Question: I need a guest communication add-on, capable of doing few things.. I wonder if this is possible. We want to make the whole customer journey digital without any human interfering at our end. What I would need is:1) Online check-in with ID check2) Automated, unique pin codes for SALTO door locks, created and sent to guests3) is possible, we would like to make upselling in our apartments. Example: you stay in an apartment, you see a locked boxed and would like to purchase the things inside. Scan the QR code, pay, get pincode/mobile key and open the lock.
