Hi everyone,

It seems there was an update today, a few hours ago.

Since this update, we are no longer able to assign a specific department to a task when the task is created directly within a reservation – not via the donut on the dashboard.

This was a feature we heavily relied on.

When creating tasks via the dashboard, it’s still possible to assign a department, as described here:
https://help.mews.com/s/article/create-and-manage-tasks?language=en_US

Can anyone confirm if this was an intended change?
And is there any chance that this feature will return?
Or do we somehow need to add the departments back to the dropdown menu when creating the task within a reservation?

thank you for your post. I have received a message from our colleagues in our VAYA Fieberbrunn property, that there is the same issue. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Same here. There is no logic so far which account though, some colleagues with admin rights have the same issue, I don’t 🤔
