As Resengo has just recently been bought by Zenchef and the future about possible integrations with Mews is not yet known. And after a demo of Resdiary of which I was not completely satifsied I’d like to know which table booker integrations you are using.

We are still on Resengo as Zenchef is not offering any solutions for now.

it shocking to realize that no product in the ‘restaurant reservations niche’ is actually there were it should be (yet).
even booq tablereservations has no integration yet with their own pos.. and like that there are multiple others that are simply not there yet.
For me a table booker must have following functionality besides the standard stuff:
- MEWS Integration/ post MEWS articles (incl. payments) as reservations.
- MEWS Integration/ if possible 2way to disable a MEWS product when the linked product/reservation slot is not available any more
- POS Integration/ link receipts to the reservation, to the guests. (data analyse)
- Deposits/ Reservations with deposit payment
- Channels/ Integration with (discount) channels like groupon, social deal, … (i hate them but need them sometimes)
- ….

Totally agree!
However at this point I’d already be happy with a proper 2 way integration between Mews and a table booker that only takes over the name and room number of the guests. So that receptionists can make a reservation in the restaurant directly through Mews
Resengo tried it but the one way integration creates a lot of discrepencies.

We are still waiting on the plans of Zenchef. They took over Resengo but their integration plans are not clear yet….
+4Yes no updates here also; we are basically still where we were a year ago…
