The Unfold Awards celebrate standout Mews customers making a real impact on hotel teams, guests and the wider hospitality industry. Now in their third edition, voting is open to the hospitality community for the first time.

🌟 Don’t miss the chance to step into the spotlight and let your work shine! Showcase how you used Mews, AI, or other hotel technology to drive innovation or change – and show the measurable impact it made. All Mews customers are eligible. Unfold Award submissions are open until February 28th.

  • Revenue Impact
  • Team Impact
  • Guest Impact
  • Hospitality Impact Leader

The public vote will decide the three finalists in each category. Voting opens on March 9th and closes on April 8th, after which our panel of esteemed judges will review the submissions and choose the winners.

      I could watch this video from last year’s Awards ceremony forever😍 It is just amazing to see Mews customers in the spotlight and have their achievements celebrated on stage 🏆

      To all Mews users here- don’t hesitate to apply this year! You might think that you don’t have anything special to share, but I can assure you that’s not true. Every Mews property is unique in its own way, and there is always something you’re doing differently that makes a difference. It doesn’t have to be the most innovative idea in hospitality to be worth sharing, even a small detail or process that makes an impact on your operations, revenue, your team, your guests, or the broader hospitality community deserves recognition.

      This year, we’ll be uploading all submissions to the Unfold webpage, giving the hotelier community a chance to learn about you and your business. So even if you don’t win, it’s still a fantastic opportunity to showcase your work! And for those who become finalists and win, we’re very excited to celebrate your achievements together 🍾
