We’re thrilled to announce that nominations for the Unfold Awards 2026 are officially open!
🏨 What are the Unfold Awards?
The Unfold Awards recognize the amazing achievements of Mews customers, shining the spotlight on those making a meaningful impact on hotel operations and staff, revenue, guests and our industry. This is the third edition of the awards, and for the very first time voting is open to the hospitality community.
🏆 2026 Award Categories:

Operational Impact: This is for hotels that have transformed their day-to-day operations through smarter, more efficient processes. Whether it’s streamlining housekeeping or optimizing workflows, this award celebrates operational excellence that drives measurable results.

Revenue Impact: Great financial results don’t just happen. The best hoteliers know how to turn innovation into growth. This award highlights creative approaches to increasing revenue – from smarter pricing and distribution to new upsell strategies and tech-driven financial wins.

Team Impact: In an industry with historically high staff turnover, it’s extra important to celebrate the hotels that put people first. This award honors initiatives that enhance staff experiences, boost productivity and create a more empowered, connected workforce.

Guest Impact: This award recognizes hoteliers that truly put guests at the heart of everything they do. It’s for projects that elevate guest satisfaction and engagement through personalization, seamless experiences, or new ways of surprising and delighting for every stay.

Hospitality Impact Leader: For these people, being a hotelier is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to inspire change across hospitality. This award celebrates hoteliers making a meaningful difference through innovation, leadership and social responsibility – improving the lives of guests, teams and their wider communities. Nominations can come from peers or colleagues who’ve seen their impact firsthand.
🎥 How to submit your nomination:
This year, nominations are submitted via short videos, and finalists are determined through public voting. We want the hospitality community to hear your stories, not just our judges!

Follow this framework for your submission:

Intro: Briefly introduce your property and its vision.

Challenge: Describe the challenge or pain points you faced.

Solution: Share the innovation, process or change implemented with Mews or other technology.

Outcome: Highlight measurable results and impact, whether for guests, staff, operations, revenue or community.

We’ll then be in touch with an approval form for the video’s use.
Please note that you can submit multiple entries for different categories, and you may also submit a slightly updated entry from last year if it fits the award category.

March 9th – Your video goes live on the Awards page and public voting opens!

April 8th – Public voting closes. The top 3 finalists per category move on.

April 9th- April 27th – Mews Judging Panel selects the winner in each category.

April 30th – Finalists are informed.
