Know Your Customer error

I’m trying to complete the onboarding but when I go to submit i receive:

“Please complete missing Company Representative information before submitting the KYC Project.”

 

even though all fields are filled.  any thoughts how to bypass this and does anyone know if it will hold up my install timeline?

Thanks for this ​@jessica.becker .  I have the email with the link but if there’s another email please have them reach out again.  I don’t want this to hold up implementation.

If it is the email I already have, I need support to help me with it.
