Now, let’s make sure everything’s running smoothly. Use this handy checklist to catch any sneaky issues and score peace of mind. 🌟
Key Cutter Connections
- 	Are your key cutters connected and making keys as expected? For help with key cutters, see our article on key cutter integrations🗝️ 
Reservation Checks
- 	Confirm that all reservations were imported correctly (from your channel manager, OTAs, website, manual entries, groups, or allotments). Guide here 🛎️ 
- 	Double-check guest numbers (adults/children), dates, room categories, and that agencies are linked properly for each booking. If you need more on reservation details or the Reservations overview module, see this article 
Pricing Tab
- 	Review that all nightly rates and charges are correct. For a refresher on rate management, visit this article 💵 
Items and Extras
- 	Make sure all extra products (breakfasts, pet fees, etc.) are attached to bookings correctly (whether per person, per night, or both). Help here 
- 	Confirm city tax is posted where needed, and excluded for children when applicable. Set-up instructions

Accounting and Payments
- 	Review the Accounting Report with your accounting team to ensure everything aligns. See HERE 📊 
- 	Have you entered all prepayments from the previous PMS as external payments? Details here. 
Group & Allotment Bookings
- 	Check that group bookings are linked correctly and that ledgers (if used) are entered properly. 
- 	If your property manages group rates, make sure all allocations and links look right. 
Credit Cards from OTAs
- 	For OTA bookings, confirm credit card (or virtual card) details show up in guest profiles. 
Reports & Availability
- 	Take a random sample of availability (including busy/sensitive dates) to catch any surprise overbookings. 
- 	Are you happy with the short names for your rates and products in the reservation report? (If unsure, check here)
