Hello. Wer are new to mews. Anyone know how we could print a simple arrivals report with guest name and room no

Hello,

The reservation report will give you what you are searching for if you filter it on “Arrival”.
Make sure that the user who prints the report has permission to view customer data.

Depending on what the report are for, you might want to use the “space status” report.

    If there are any reports you know you'll need regularly, you can set up a schedule to have them exported automatically. Here's a guide that explains how:

    ​@Kamal you can also save the setting for you daily arrival and every other filter and put it to your favorites in to the taskbar. Thats one tip ive got from onboarding.

     

    Does someone know if you can show on the reservationlist the amount the guest still needs to pay on arrival? Because it only shows the rate, provision and the total ot the stay. 

    Our  Guest still need to pay the Tax on Arrival so it would be really nice to see on the list the amount they stll need to pay.

    ​@Robin Gustavsson  Hi tried to schedule arrivals reports but got as far as creating target etc. The set up to schedule daily is not very clear to me. Can you help ? baiscally, I want an arrivals and departures report daily, exported to staff.
