für das Beispiel würde in den Filtern bei Gruppieren nach Gästeklassifikation eingeben.

Aber immerhin ist meine Frage ob ich irgendwo Bericht anpassen kann , zb dass Ich nur Name Vorname Sehe ,anreise Abreise, Notizen, Preis ( kein Firma, OTAS und wichtig - provision im % und nicht € )
