What is Classic onboarding?


Classic onboarding is a structured onboarding journey designed to make getting started with Mews simple. Instead of building your system configuration from scratch, Mews provides suggested setup configurations based on common property needs, which you can review and adjust to match your operations.

The platform also provides built-in guidance throughout the setup process, along with access to support when needed.

During onboarding, you'll have access to:

  • Built-in guidance within Mews

  • Training through Mews University

  • Live chat support and bookable calls with onboarding experts

  • An onboarding dashboard that organizes the required setup tasks

In many cases, properties can be ready to go live in as little as one week, depending on their setup.


The onboarding journey

Classic onboarding is structured in four main stages:

  1. Kick-off – You receive instructions and prepare the key contacts from your team.

  2. Setup – Configure your property using the onboarding dashboard and guidance provided in Mews.

  3. Go-live – The onboarding team reviews your setup to ensure everything is ready.

  4. Post-launch support – After going live, you receive continued monitoring and support.
