Guten Tag zusammen,gibt es Informationen, wie die Integration von XRechnung Deutschland in Mews abläuft? Die Integration im Marketplace/Abonnements ist bereits durchgeführt. Schaltete Mews das Programm ab 01. Januar 2025 automatisch aktiv oder muss eine manuelle Freischaltung durchgeführt werden (wenn ja, wie?).Es wäre schön, wenn jemand mehr Infos hierzu hätte! Besten Dank!

sudden re-authorize your account in Mews Operations

Hi everyone,for the last few weeks, phising was very much around our ears and mews actively encouraging us to be more sensitive on that matter. What I have just recently experiencing and pretty annoyed since no pre announcement from them, that they just recently updating the security and asked each mews user to re-authorize their account. Once our identity is verified, we can access the mews with no limitation, however after 10 minutes, we will be autimaticaly log out and need to re-authorize again. 10 mins time frame is way to quick, and for the FO operational, this security update intervere our operational. According to the mews digital assistance, only one time re-authorization are required, however not for my case.Has anyone facing the same issue?. Best regards,Ringga

Plausibilitätscheck für offene Forderungen zum Monatsende

Wir haben bisher zum Monatsende einmal die offenen Forderungen zwischen Mews und Datev abgeglichen. Dazu haben wir die “Guthaben von Mews Payments” gefiltert. Bis Aug. 23 hat das auf den Cent gepasst. Seitdem wurden zunehmend Vorauszahlungsraten eingeführt und in den Zahlungen logischerweise Zahlung für Buchungen in der Zukunft enthalten sind. Durch diese Änderung funktioniert der Abgleich nicht mehr. Ich führe das auf die Umstellung zurück.Meine Frage: Gibt es einen Report, mit dem man zu einem Stichtag (z.B. Monatsende) alle Zahlungen, die eine Buchung nach diesem Stichtag betreffen, herausfiltern kann. Also alle Vorauszahlungen. Noch besser wäre es natürlich, in dem “Guthaben von Mews Payments”-Bericht die Vorauszahlungen auszunehmen.Ich habe dazu nichts gefunden. Über das Hauptbuch komme ich hier auch nicht wirklich weiter. Meine Versuche mit Mews Analytics waren ebenfalls nicht erfolgreich. Abgesehen davon dauern die Auswertungen viel zu lange….Wenn hier jemand Erfahrungswerte hat

How to Customize Confirmation Emails in Mews

Hello everyone,At our hotel, we require more than 60% confirmations that include either adding cost centers or removing the room rate. However, we’ve noticed that Mews does not currently allow these changes to be made directly within the confirmation emails.We’re wondering if there’s any way to fix this limitation within Mews? Alternatively, are there any external tools or integrations available that can provide adjustable confirmation emails?Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance.

Edition de facture avec consommations au bar masquées

Bonjour, j’ai vu que pour imprimer les factures au moment du check out  nous avons 3 types de choix/options possiblethe default Detailed overview, and additionally Overview by date, Overview by reservation,par contre aucune de ces options ne permet de masquer le détail des consommations au bar que le client aurait pu avoir. Par exemple une note pour notre restaurant :RESTAURANT (point de vente):cocktail champagne 18€ Menu du marché 35€ 2 verres de vin 24€Comment faire pour regrouper en 1 ligne les consommations de notre point de vente restaurant avec un global de 77€? je sais que la TVA sera ventilée à 20% pour les alcools mais les clients demandent souvent 1 seul ligne globale.Merci pour votre aide.

Probleme mit Umsätzen die über Kostenstellen in Gastroovi gebucht werden und in MEWS auf falschen Umsatzkonten landen.

Guten Tag, wir haben festgestellt, dass Umsätze aus Gastronovi über MEWS nicht richtig in Datev ankommen. WIr haben alle Mapping Einstellungen überprüft und sie sind korrekt. Teilweise landen Buchungen mit 7% Mwst auf 19% Konten und andersrum. Teilweise finden wir Umsätze nicht wieder weil sie auf falschen Konten landen und die Beträge gesammelt in Datev ankommen und wir somit nicht nach Rechnungsbeträgen suchen können. Hat noch jemand ähnliche Probleme (gehabt) und kann mir hier weiterhelfen?

Handling fee to be calculated automatically

Hello,For each service that is not handled by us directly, ex transfer, ski pass...etc we are adding a handling fee 5% of the total of a certain service this is applicable to.My question is how to set up this in mews so that once handling fee is to be added into the bill to automatically calculates 5% of the price of the product refers to vs how we do now, calculate manually and then place it on the guests bill. Setting up payment policies for city tax

Hi everyone,I need help setting up specific payment policies for a rate group. Specifically, I want to prevent the automatic charging of city tax before check-in. Instead, only the nights and other products should be charged at that time.I noticed that this can be configured in "Additional Expenses." However, I am unsure how to define city tax as "additionnal expenses" or “products” within this setup. Currently, in our configuration, city tax is treated as a product rather than using the standard bookable service configuration.Could you clarify how city tax is categorized (product vs. additional expense) and guide me on how to achieve this setup?Thank you for your support.Best regards,Châu.

Halterung Terminal S2

Ich habe gerade ein Terminal S2 geordert und möchte es für den Kiosk einsetzen, der bei uns nicht überwacht wird. Hat jemand von Euch dafür irgendwo eine Halterung bestellt, die das Terminal (halbwegs) vor Diebstahl schützt? Es ist bei uns nicht mit der Tablet-Halterung verbunden.

Hi, I can see how to reorder space categories but is it possible to reorder the actual spaces?We use room names rather than types and would prefer if we could have specific rooms/spaces to be booked first so ordered first, but it does not seem possibe in the space set up to order them?

hello everyone,mews implemented changes to “issue invoices” as well as payment reconciliation, and i was wondering if any of you have been able to find suitable solutions to the issues i’ve been having:1- one a bill is issued on invoice, it disappears from billing and only available in dashboard, where you need to click on each bill to view the amount that is due.2- when you have 20 different bills due, in various profiles and guests, that need to be reconciled with 1 regroupped payment, the new solution does not allow you to post the payment and then do the reconciliation, you must do both at the time of posting the payment.. furthermore, if the payment regroups various invoices scattered on various guest profiles, its impossible to attach the payment to each fraction of the bill 3 - most concerning is that once an invoice has been issued, and you issue a refund, the invoice is still shows as overdue. even if you rebated the bill4 - a rebated bill can only be closed to the initial pro

Bonjour ​@SarahTrepanier De quelle façon tu suggères de gérer le cadeau TPS dans Mews pour les forfaits avec nourriture?Je fais des tests en ce moment, et je crois que la meilleure façon c’est de créer un produit réservable relatif de -5% attaché aux produits concernés (petit déjeuner, souper, etc) et de l’ajouter dans les réservations des clients qui séjourneront pendant les dates touchées par ce cadeau, mais qui n’ont pas prépayé leur séjour.Qu’en penses-tu?Alexandra

Good morning, Not sure if an error or well-thought out: When we lock a room (eg. to a TWIN room), and later add an ETA (eg. arriving at 13:00 instead of standard check-in time 15:00), the room unlocks.Thank you for your feedback.

Recherche d'un rapport d'occupation par segment de clientèle

Bonjour,Je commence à utiliser Mews et je souhaite la donnée suivante :le nombre de nuitées réalisées sur un mois écoulé par segment de clientèle (les groupes que nous créons nous-même, les ventes individuelles directes, et par OTA.J’ai trouvé l’occupation globale (nuitées) sur le rapport d’occupation.Sur le rapport par source de réservations, j’ai le détail des réservations mais pas de données cumulées synthétiques en nuitées.J’ai également consulté le rapport de réservation mais qui ne me donne pas non plus cette donnée. Les rapports sont nombreux et complexes; si quelqu’un peut m’aiguiller, cela m’aiderait beaucoup !MerciEstelle

Wir bekommen unsere Buchungen von Booking über einen Channelmanager. Unsere Zahlungen von Booking erhalten wir am Folgetag als Überweisung.Wenn Gäste nach Feierabend buchen, können Sie zwar über den Kiosk einchecken, müssten aber die Rechnung theoretisch noch einmal bezahlen. Daher meine Frage: Gibt es bei Mews die Möglichkeit, dem Vertriebskanal Booking eine bestimmte Zahlweise (Überweisung) vorzugeben, damit der offene Betrag sofort auf Null gesetzt wird?

Buchhaltungsbericht

Wir haben unser System im November von Suite 8 auf mews umgestellt.Nun möchte ich per 31.11.2024 die Umsätze in die Fibu aus dem Buchhaltungsbericht übernehmen, da wir die Schnittstelle erst ab Januar zu Datev nutzen werdenBei der Auswertung von konsumierten Umsätzen sind die Debitoren mit Null ausgewiesen. Diese müssen doch aber auch gebucht werden?Nehme ich den Bericht "geschlossen", werden die Debitoren aufgelistet.Wir bilanzieren und ich bin der Meinung, dass wir die konsumierten Umsätze versteuern müssen, was auch in Fidelio der Fall war.Welche Auswertung muss ich nehmen, wie wird es von anderen gehandhabt, welche die Zahlen evtl. auch manuell in die Fibu übernehmen?

2 Night MLOS, with Auto-Release?

So, this should be fairly straightforward however does not seem to be playing ball with me and its now becoming quite annoying. What I need to set is a 2-night minimum length of stay for a Saturday, that effectively ‘lifts’ on Thursday to allow one night stays. It is currently set as this:which according to help articles etc says that this will apply a minimum 2 night restriction if the guest is booking more than 3 days in advance, but not apply restriction if less than 3 days in advance? Am I misunderstanding? as all that happens with this is it stops anyone booking any stay that is includes a Saturday no matter how long in advance they book and closes channel managers for Saturdays entirely. If i switch this round and do Minimum 3 days advance then it works as MLOS for Saturdays on channel managers but then doesnt allow saturdays to book one night on the day?
