Hello everyone, I am having difficulty closing a customer invoice. the customer left without paying a small consumption. His registered card could not be charged, so we sent a payment link. The customer tried to pay 3 times with Apple Pay, and the last time with a credit card it was OK. But as a result the first 3 payments are pending and blocking me from closing my invoice even if it is zero because it says "being verified". If I want to close it as is, it gives me a negative invoice, but the customer owes me nothing since the last payment has been made. How to remove verification?

In Mews, payments marked as "Pending" indicate that the transaction is awaiting confirmation from the payment processor. This status can temporarily prevent actions like closing an invoice. To resolve this issue, consider the following steps:

  1. Cancel Pending Payment Requests: If the pending payments are associated with payment requests, you can cancel them manually:

    • Navigate to the payments screen/tab (OVERVIEW OR REQUESTS) in the customer's profile.
    • Locate the pending payment request and click the three dots next to it.
    • Select the option to cancel the payment request.
       
  2. Contact Mews Support: If the pending status persists and you cannot close the invoice, it's advisable to reach out to Mews support for further assistance. They can provide guidance tailored to your specific situation.
