Hello everyone,

At our hotel, we require more than 60% confirmations that include either adding cost centers or removing the room rate. However, we’ve noticed that Mews does not currently allow these changes to be made directly within the confirmation emails.

We’re wondering if there’s any way to fix this limitation within Mews? Alternatively, are there any external tools or integrations available that can provide adjustable confirmation emails?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

hi Kashif, not an answer… I'm quite confident you simply cannot. ​@ettore.zotarelli was working on these placeholders and other possibilities in the past, perhaps he can suggest a good workaround?

Hi team! Unfortunately there's no workaround that I am aware of at the moment. We are continuously evaluating the right moment to revamp the emailing system to allow for such improvements, but it's not being worked on yet.

 

In terms of removing prices, this is possible by setting up routing rules to a company, similar to how it should be done with Expedia and other channel-collect bookers
