Good afternoon everyone,

I just noticed that the new MEWS features (Ledger Beta, new timeline, etc.) are only activated in our demo environment and not in the live version. Is there a way for us to enable these features ourselves, or do I need to submit another support ticket? Above all, I would like to install the Quotelo/Mews events integration, but I can only do this in the demo marketplace.

Typically, the new features are activated in the live environment after thorough testing in the demo environment. The usual process involves testing in the demo first, followed by testing in the live environment with a group of customers who volunteered to try it out. Once everything is polished and finalized, we publish a release note and make the feature available to everyone in the live environment.

If you spot an exciting feature in the demo and are eager to participate in testing it in the live environment, please don’t hesitate to let us know. You can either open a support case or reach out to your account manager, and we will check if you can be included in the testing phase.

Regarding the Quotelo integration, you will need our help here, please open a support case, and our team will be happy to assist you with connecting it.
