Good morning fellow Mews- community

I would like to ask if anyone has already managed to export all invoices to PDF. After doing so, we intend to upload the entire export to Exact Online (our accounting software) in one go.

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Kind regards,

Good morning Pierrick,

Your contact for this matter is Omniboost, they can accomplish this I think.

For our properties, they do the daily exchange of data between Mews and Exact Online.

@Pierrick support can do it for you!!

Good afternoon Egon,

First of all, thank you very much for your swift reply.

May I ask how you export the data in bulk to PDF? That’s the part we are currently missing. I would prefer to avoid using Omniboost if possible, as our experience with them in integrating Lightspeed with Mews wasn’t the best.

Kind regards

Pierrick

Hello Pierrick,

Normally you have to contact your account manager and it takes quiet a time until you get it.

If that now works automatically we would very much like to know, how.

Kind regards,

Frank

Hello Pierrick,
If this is like a one time thing that you need to do. Then as many have stated before, your contact at Mews can help you with this. However, it comes with a fee / invoice if I remember it correctly.

If you want this setup daily, I guess Omniboost can help you with this. They are handling the transfer of our accounting to our accounting software (even tho its not the same as yours).

When we needed to do a close-out or something like that then we have done the work manually of saving all the bills and invoices.

Hope this helps and I wish you a happy weekend!

Hey,

you can download all bills via Connector with some technical background.
But support should be able to help but would charge for this extra costs.

Hello @Pierrick

+1 for what Frank and mauritsbots said - Mews support can do this.

Or if you want to continuously store them, you can build an integration over a low code platform (f.e. Make.com / Zapier), get the PDF’s in regular intervals from Mews API and store to OneDrive or similar. Please check if your auditors would be fine with this if you plan to use this for official fiscal / internal audits, as the integration then needs to be very solidly build.

Best, Marc

Thank you all for your responses. I have attempted to contact Mews support regarding this issue. We aim to do this on a daily basis, so I believe I will need their assistance. Thank you once again for your help.

Kind regards,

Pierrick

I found the solution in the meantime 🙂 Apparently, we need the Enterprise edition to achieve what we have in mind.
