Colors are hard coded, but I heard there is something in development for that. Unfortunately, there is no known release date we would love this feature as well.

It’s a shame that a cloud based system that already has this partially in place can’t make the swift changes required by the users of the system. It could be hard coded into the groups function at time of booking and generating a rooming list.

Hey ​@simonruri :) We’re now gathering feedback on what we can do on the Timeline to make it more readable on the first sight. Since there’s quite a lot of feedback so far and we have other parts of the Timeline to be improved, we need to think about it more holistically before making small changes.
