We are quite new to Mews, and I’m trying to make the most of the smart features that can support us at the hotel.
We currently have Extra Beds set up as a service, since they are billed per night. What I would like is for Mews to automatically create a task or send a message in the app to Housekeeping, so they know which room and on which day an extra bed is needed.
In other words, when the service is added to a booking, it should trigger this task for the day of arrival.
Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
