Many of the updates we make to the Mews platform are inspired by users like you. As we grow, it's important that your voice continues to shape our platform.
That's why we've simplified our UserVoice forum and how we handle your suggestions. It's now even easier to share your feedback and help us build a better Mews for everyone.
What’s changing?
-
Fewer categories: We've simplified things to make it less confusing to find the right place for your suggestions. Don't worry, no ideas will be deleted. We're just moving them to new, streamlined categories.
-
Simpler statuses: New ideas will automatically become available for others to vote on (and will have the "Idea to Upvote" status). We'll change the status to "Released" when they're live in Mews. This means you'll always know exactly where your ideas stand. We’re removing the other statuses, so all ideas (about 4,000) will be updated to either “Idea to Upvote” or “Released.” We'll also keep you updated on the progress of ideas you're following through regular emails.
-
Regular roadmap updates: We'll share a quarterly roundup of all the customer ideas we've implemented. Plus, you can always check the forum to see if the ideas you’ve voted for have been released.
How to share your suggestions in UserVoice:
-
Choose a category that best suits your idea
-
See if someone else has already shared your idea – if so, give it a thumbs up
-
If not, go ahead and add your new idea
That’s it! Designed to be as simple as possible, both for you and our teams. We're a growing company, so while we value every single idea, we aren’t always able to give detailed updates on each one. But our product team reviews everything you share, and we might reach out for more info if we need it.
Thanks for your patience as we work to bring your ideas to life!
