We’ve got something exciting to share - the way you connect with Mews Support is getting even easier! 
Over the next few weeks, we’re introducing Live Agent Chat, built right into your Mews environment. 

This means you’ll be able to get help in real time, starting with Rory, our virtual assistant, and, when needed, continue directly with a Mews Support agent. 

 

🤖 Meet Rory — your first stop for instant answers 

Rory is your friendly AI assistant, always available in chat to help with the most common questions. 
It can: 

  • Point you to the right help articles 🧭 
  • Share step-by-step guidance for common tasks 
  • Collect key details so our team has the full picture if you need extra help 

If Rory can’t fully solve your issue, don’t worry - it'll connect you to a live Mews Support agent who can jump in and take over the conversation.

  • Faster resolutions: By gathering context up front, our agents can help you even quicker. 
  • Available right inside Mews: No switching tabs or waiting for email replies. 

 

🚀 How to start a chat 

  1. In Mews, click the Help button in the bottom right corner. 
  2. Select Chat with Support. 
  3. Rory will greet you - ask your question directly! 
  4. If your question needs a deeper look, you’ll be transferred to a live agent right in the same chat window. 

 

🌍 Rollout in progress 

We’re currently expanding access region by region to make sure everything runs smoothly. 
If you don’t see the chat option yet - hang tight! It’ll be available to all properties soon.
