We’re excited to share the latest updates and features in Mews. This month, we have several enhancements designed to help you make the most of Mews, streamline your operations, and improve your overall efficiency. Let's take a closer look at what's new.
1. Mews University Update: New Course Available
Our new Make the Most of Mews course is now available in the Mews University catalog for self-enrollment in English. Multi-language support is coming soon.
Course Highlights:
- Communicate with the Mews Digital Assistant.
- Find Mews Release Notes.
- Interact with Mews Product Tours.
- Navigate the Mews Help Center.
2. Monthly View on the Timeline
You can now get a comprehensive overview of all your bookings in the monthly view on the Timeline. This includes day use, nightly, and monthly services.
What’s new:
- Consolidated view: View all reservations in the monthly display.
- Simplified operations: Manage all reservations from a single screen.
Our new global search provides quick access to essential data in Mews Operations.
What’s new:
- Enhanced display: View guest emails and reservation dates.
- Favorites and shortcuts: Save frequently searched terms and use keyboard shortcuts.
- Flexible matching: Find records with partial name matches and flexible phone number formats.
- Prioritized results: See in-house guests first.
4. Coming Soon: Improved Guests in House Report
Starting July 2024, the updated Guests in House report will include advanced filtering options to sort guests by classifications and loyalty tiers, making it easier to identify VIP customers.
