  • Wallet-based keys: Mews is the first PMS to integrate wallet-based room keys with ASSA ABLOY Vostio NFC locks. Guests just tap to unlock. No app, no plastic.

  • Smart Tips upgrade: Your AI assistant now shows spend history and top-ordered items, so you can instantly recognize regulars.

  • Dynamic email conditions: Pre-arrival emails adjust automatically by guest segment. 

  • Billing automation: Handle complex group bookings with multiple billing rules.

The kiosk right now is having technical problems and incomplete features. We’ve currently stopped using it but i hope it will be in a usable state again soon 👍.


We have the Enterprise bundle but we don’t have access to the new feature for the guest id i hope it will be solved shortly :) 


Curious on how the guest ID and foto collection works? We are not able to activate it. Any one have a clue?

The Guest ID capability is only available with the Advanced Guest Experience module of Mews. If you don’t currently have access then please do contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss further as they will be able to help.

Hey ​@james.taylor we already contacted support because the kiosk deletes companions from reservations in certain situations. We received feedback that this is a known "limitation" in the system for which there is no concrete solution in the planning right now.

We try to avoid this in our system by not issuing the kiosk for potentially compromised reservations, but of course, this isn't a particularly good situation. This problem should presumably affect all Mews customers maybe depending on the country of the property or system settings.
