Will it be eventually possible to view all our services at once on the Dashboard? We are currently swapping through 3 services to make sure to not drop any check-outs or check-ins… it would be nice to have all 3 display at once

In accordance to the release regarding the new ledger I have a question….
Is it possible that you activate an “extract to excel” button/feature just like you had on the old ledger? 

I know it is still possible (at the moment) when you press the “Old ledgers” button, but when this button is deleted so you only have the new ledger it will, no doubt, be very missed!!!

Hi Louise, the new ledgers can be exported to excel since they are included in the Trial Balance export. Simply navigate to the Trial Balance and select the day you want to export, each ledger has its own dedicated tab.

Hey Team,

 

I’m seeing instances where our agents are issuing refunds without posting the adjustment prior to refunding the card. It seems like an internal control issue for them to have the capability of just refunding a card without a credit balance on the bill. I think this is a pretty common place feature in hotel PMS’s, is this a feature that is on the road map? I don’t see any settings regarding restrictions on issuing refunds to credit cards.
