At Unfold 2026, we announced five major new capabilities – and together, they change what it means to run a hotel on Mews.

This isn't a product update. It's the moment Mews becomes hospitality's first unified operating system. Watch the full product innovation session below to see it in action.

What's new

Mews RMS runs 150 million pricing calculations a day, executing dynamic rate changes against live demand without anyone touching a thing. That's a 13.7% boost in total revenue per square meter, compared to hotels with no RMS.

Mews Channel Manager, powered by SiteMinder, connects your property to 400+ OTAs through one contract, one bill and one support line. Distribution, finally inside the platform.

Guest Messaging brings WhatsApp, SMS, OTA messages and email into a single inbox – with full context on the reservation, the guest and the room. It can handle conversations autonomously and action tasks without leaving Mews.

Automations turn guest data into action. Upgrade returning guests, add amenities, route tasks to the right team – all without manual setup.

Accounts Receivable replaces the seven-to-eight-day invoicing delay typical in the industry with automatic issuance at billing closure and 100% automated reconciliation.

Hello!

how does Mews RMS compare to Atomize by Mews?

is it a separate new product? Will atomize transition over to mews RMS?

Regards,

jp.

@j.spiess My understanding is Mews RMS is integrated into Mews and is essentially the same product as Atomize, but without the need for a separate browser window.

Hi @j.spiess @foursides Mews RMS is built completely into Mews, alongside other Mews products like Mews BI. This means your PMS, RMS and BI solutions are all-in-on.

We just posted another Community article on it where we show the product as well: Built-in revenue management is here – and it's a first for the industry | Mews Community

Hey @Georg Gaag
Sure. It’s currently in closed beta, with GA targeted for August 1st.
Some top line details as follows, but if there is something specific I can find out for you, please do let me know:

Guest Messaging solves a problem that every hotel operations team lives with daily: guest messages scattered across a half-dozen platforms, with no single place to see them, respond to them, or make sure nothing slips through.

It gives hotel teams a unified inbox where staff can read, respond, and resolve guest conversations without leaving the system they already use, and AI can draft contextually accurate replies based on the property's knowledge base and create tasks based on guests' requests.

  • Unified inbox for SMS, WhatsApp, Booking.com, Expedia, Email and Guest Portal.

  • AI-powered replies grounded in your PMS data and a customisable property knowledge base.

  • Broadcast messaging to communicate with multiple guests at once across SMS, WhatsApp and Email.

  • AI-powered actions where AI identifies when a guest message should generate an operational task and surfaces it to the relevant team.
