Drag, Drop, and Done: the Guide to Editing Guest Emails in Mews
We’ve just launched a brand newGuest communication: Emails course on Mews University. This course is designed to help you get even more out of email templates and the intuitive email editor, so you can communicate with guests more effectively without slowing down your operations. The course walks you through:
the essentials such as editing basics
key information about the setup of the templates
advanced features such as merge tags and conditions
This looks so good! I would love for this to be added to the MMP so we can create and manage templates there, and then push them down to our different brands.
Is this something you’ve considered?
Hi @Robin Gustavsson thank you for your question The new email templates and the email editor is already available in MMP but we are still working on the functionality to copy templates to other properties. I will check in with our MMP team to find out more for you.
Hi @Robin Gustavsson I have an update for you. If you’re using the new templates as an Enterprise customer, you can export/import them (one at a time unfortunately) using the three dot menu in the top right corner as shown on the screenshot. I will keep you posted if I find out anything about future roadmap developments for MMP.

Hello,
Thank you for checking this for me!
It’s great that we can export and import templates. Hopefully, in the future, we’ll also be able to manage the templates in MMP, and push those changes out to multiple properties at once. Since we have almost 50 properties, that would be amazing!
Sounds great. Can I sign up on that?
