Hey Mews Community!
We're looking at the parts of revenue work in Mews that take more time than they should, from price hierarchies and room type changes through to restrictions, Autopilot guardrails, price overrides, packages and seasonal pricing. Rather than guess which one hurts most, we want to hear it from the people doing the work. We're looking for revenue managers, GMs and anyone who touches rates day to day to help us understand:
- Which of these tasks actually eats your week
- What you do today when it gets painful: grind through it in Mews, rebuild it in a spreadsheet, or raise a ticket and wait
- How much of it you would genuinely hand over, and how much you want to keep your hands on
What the process looks like
A short 3 minute survey on where your time goes today and what you would want handled for you.
If you're open to it: a short call where we dig into your answers and the specific setup behind them.
We'd love to hear from single properties and portfolio teams alike, whether you run mostly on Autopilot or barely touch it.
Interested?
Fill out this short form and it goes straight into what we build first.
Or just reply below with the one task that costs you the most time. Drop any questions here too, we'd love to hear from you
