I’m currently working with a multi-property Mews PMS client who is exploring whether a single login can be used across multiple Mews POS properties, which they will all be using.
As it stands, my understanding is that each property requires a separate login, and that the same email cannot be used across multiple properties, which in practice means managing several email accounts to access different POS setups.

Thanks for the great question, this comes up often for multi-property setups.
Currently, Mews POS does not support a single login that lets users switch between multiple properties. Each property has its own POS account, so users need to log out of one and log into another when moving between properties even if the same email is used.
To simplify management across a chain:
An enterprise POS account can centrally manage products, categories, and modifiers, then distribute them to multiple properties.
Export/import of product lists can also help keep menus aligned across locations.
Multi-property login is being explored as part of future improvements, but it’s not available yet.
If this is an important requirement, we recommend sharing the feedback so it can be considered in product planning.
